Ever since Baby Kong appointed Ronald Alli as Chairman of Guysuco (five years ago) Guysuco's production has declined. Government officials blame this decline (every year) on weather and never a dysfunctional organizational culture.

Guysuco is barely meeting its EU quotas and as such one should not be surprised to find local supply is limited.
