No. We do not censor criticisms of the government, as you will notice if you read through the various threads. However, there are a few members who post libellous statements and these we have to edit out. Please note that we do not monitor the board all the time, so some of these statements continue to slip through. Sometime ago we issued a warning to those members who breach the rules of the forum and if they find that they lose their posting privilege they only have themselves to blame.

I think I made the statement that "X" is a PPP crony...was it that you had to edit?

I don't see that being libellous,but then again I could be wrong.

It could be. "X" might turn out to be a PNC double agent, stoking the flames for an armed struggle. In Guyana anything is possible.

The easiest way to avoid these statements "slipping through" would be to require Admin's approval of all posts.
