How They Manipulate The Data

There is ample evidence, documented in numerous reports, that the WHO's level 6 pandemic alert is based on fabricated evidence and a manipulation of the figures on mortality and morbidity resulting from the H1N1 swine flu.

The data initially used to justify the WHO's Worldwide level 5 alert in April 2009 was extremely scanty. The WHO asserted without evidence that a "global outbreak of the disease is imminent". It distorted Mexico's mortality data pertaining to the swine flu pandemic. According to the WHO Director General Dr. Margaret Chan in her official April 29 statement: "So far, 176 people have been killed in Mexico". From what? Where does she get these numbers? 159 died from influenza out of which only seven deaths, corroborated by lab analysis, resulted from the H1N1 swine flu strain, according to the Mexican Ministry of Health.

Similarly in New York city in April, several hundred children were categorized as having the H1N1 influenza, yet in none of these cases, was the diagnosis corroborated on a laboratory test.

Influenza is a common disease. Unless there is a thorough lab examination, the identity if the virus cannot be established.

There are numerous cases of seasonal influenza across America, on an annual basis. "According to the Canadian Medical Association Journal, the flu kills up to 2,500 Canadians and about 36,000 Americans annually. Worldwide, the number of deaths attributed to the flu each year is between 250,000 and 500,000" (Thomas Walkom, The Toronto Star, May 1, 2009).

What the CDCP and the WHO are doing is routinely re-categorizing a large number of cases of common influenza as H1N1 swine flu. The WHO stated in a briefing note that the "...increasing number of cases in many countries with sustained community transmission is making it extremely difficult, if not impossible, for countries to try and confirm them through laboratory testing. Moreover, the counting of individual cases is now no longer essential in such countries for monitoring either the level or nature of the risk posed by the pandemic virus or to guide implementation of the most appropriate response measures. "

The WHO has admitted that:

1) they will not collect data on the spread of H1N1 based on systematic lab confirmation.

2) they will discourage national health officials to conduct detection and laboratory confirmation, while also pressuring the countries' public health authorities to duly deliver to the WHO on a weekly basis the data on H1N1 cases.

3) they will only refer to "confirmed cases". They do not distinguish between confirmed and non-confirmed case. It would appear that the "non-confirmed" cases are categorized as confirmed cases and the numbers are then used by the WHO to prove that the disease is spreading. The swine flu has the same symptoms as seasonal influenza: fever, cough and sore throat. What is happening is that the widespread incidence of the common flu is being used to generate the reports delivered to the WHO pertaining to the H1N1 swine flu. Nonetheless, in the tabulated release of country level data, the WHO uses the term: "number of laboratory-confirmed cases", while also admitting that the cases are, in many cases, not confirmed.

Biological Weapons

All vaccines (literally 100%) are biological weapons. They have never been designed or intended to prevent disease. They are the true weapons of mass destruction.

Dr. Viera Scheibner is internationally known as perhaps the leading expert on adverse vaccine reactions. The biggest story on the Planet today is the outbreak of a very serious Advanced Biological War virus in Europe. The second biggest story on the Planet is the suppression of this story for almost two weeks by the corporate owned mainstream news media.

There is a lot we know and a lot that we can only speculate on about what is unfolding in Central Europe. We know that in mid-October, less than a month ago, there was a growing number of cases of what many thought was Swine Flu (A/H1N1) in the western part of the Ukraine. We know that many hundreds if not thousands of people in western Ukraine witnessed low flying light airplanes aerosol spraying something over Ukrainian cities during the days of October 29, 2009 and October 31, 2009. We know that beginning the night of October 29th, massive numbers of people begin to get very sick. We know that the Ukraine government issued a statement denying that it was doing any aerial spraying to combat the growing disease or authorizing any spraying over Ukrainian cities. We know that by October 30th, the Ukrainian authorities closed all schools for three weeks and banded public gatherings.

We do NOT know what disease the people were/are coming down with. We do know that doctors are describing the disease as Pneumonic Plague, or as some type of hemorrhagic fever, or as hemorrhagic influenza, or as hemorrhagic pneumonia. We know that the illness, whatever it is, does not appear to be A/H1N1. We do not know if the disease is a recombination of A/H1N1 with other viruses or some totally different virus or if it is in fact a virus. We know that the World Health Organization (WHO) has had several days to sequence the genes of the disease but has failed to release this data.

We know that WHO has NOT called for the quarantining of the Ukraine or the shutdown of all global travel to/from the area of infection and that this is the same thing that they did when Mexican Swine Flu (A/H1N1) first broke out and that the failure to contain that virus early on ensured its spread throughout the world.

We know that the internal temperature of the lungs of those with a terminal case of what many are calling ‘Ukrainian Plague’ is often from 130F to 135F. We do know that autopsies show that the lungs are filled with blood, and are black in color, and that the lung tissue has turned to mush. We know that patients who first show any signs of illness usually crash in less than 48 hours, sometimes the same day.

We know that the disease was spreading by about 200,000 per day but that this has slowed to about 100,000 day now, in the Ukraine, as people take extraordinary steps to contain the spread of the disease. We know that well over one and a third million people in the Ukraine are very ill with the disease (according to published official sources) and that over 60,000 are hospitalized in serious to critical condition. We know that the disease has a very high transmission rate with a likely low amount of viral (if it is in fact a virus) material needed to cause an infection. We know that the official reports of deaths are under 300 in the Ukraine. We also know that it is normal for hospital admissions of people with ARI (acute respiratory infection) to have a fatality rate of from 5% to 10%. We know that non-official sources were reporting over 3,000 deaths several days ago and that this number is more in tune with the 5-10% fatality rate than the official figures.

We do not know what effective treatments are for this illness. We do know that young adults seem to be more in danger of this illness. We suspect that ‘cytokine storming’ similar to that in the 1918 Spanish Flu, that killed approximately 50 million people, is taking place.

We know from official Ukrainian Health Ministry reports that the illness does not test out as Mexican Swine Flu (A/H1N1). We know that on November 8th a South African site (fto.co.za) carried the following:

“Suspicious aircraft were forced to land. A US operated (Russian-made long-range heavy transport) AN-124 changed its call sign from civilian to military which then triggered a response from the IAF (Indian Air Force) upon entering Pakistani air space (forcing) the plane to land in Mumbai while (a) second one was forced down by Nigerian fighter jets that also arrested the crew.”

“According to reports, China’s People’s Liberation Army Air Force contacted the Indian and Nigerian intelligence officials about the presence of these US operated Ukrainian aircraft amidst growing concern that the United States was spreading ‘biological agents’ in the Earth’s atmosphere, which some Chinese officials believed to be an attempt to (commit) mass genocide via the spread of H1N1 swine flu.”

These aircraft “were carrying ‘waste disposal’ systems that could spray up to 45,000kg (nearly 100,000 pounds) of aerial type mist from sophisticated….nano pipes” in the planes’ wings – called chemtrails.

We know that Baxter International Pharmaceuticals sent 72 kilos of human influenza H3N2 vaccine materials to 16 labs in European nations which contained live H5N1 Bird Flu viruses. We know that this was only discovered when a Czech lab tested the material on several ferrets (ferrets have a similar respiratory system to humans) and all of the ferrets died in short order. We know that Baxter claimed that this was human error. We also know that such a ‘human error’ is basically impossible with the containment protocols in place at Baxter and any other modern biolabs using Biosafety Level 3 (BLS-3) lab technology.

We know that in mid-August a Joseph Moshe, who is a Mossad biological warfare expert, called in to Dr. A. True Ott’s national radio talk show and reported that Baxter was getting ready to release a deadly plague from its Ukrainian lab and that he was shortly meeting with US Attorneys in Los Angles to give evidence about this. All victims of the virus in Bukovyna (22 people at the age of 20-40) died not from bilateral pneumonia, as was previously thought, but as a result of viral distress syndrome, i.e the total destruction of the lungs.

At first the cardio-pulmonary insufficiency comes, and consequently cardiogenic shock is developed, which causes cardiac standstill and death, told the chief of bureau of the Chernivtsi regional forensic examination, doctor of science, Professor Viktor Bachynsky, UNIAN reports.

“During a bilateral pneumonia some morphological picture is observed. As of data of deaths, there is no such morphological picture. The virus, which causes death, is very aggressive, it does not strike the trachea, but immediately gets into the lungs and causes heavy swelling and solid hemorrhage. Mixed types of parainfluenza and influenza A/N1N1 lead to this state. This is a very toxic strain, which has not yet answered to the treatment of the Ministry of Health”, – said Viktor Bachinsky.

According to him, there is a need to change the treatment standards, because those which were used earlier, resulted in nothing – doctors failed to save all people infected with the virus in the reanimation. The belt ventilators did not help also.

For this reason a group of professors of Chernivtsi Medical University appealed to the Ministry of Health and National Security and Defense Council with a demand to review the standards of treatment of patients in Bukovyna. Scientists-morphologists sent to Kyiv reports, studies and analysis of critically ill patients and people who died of virus.

Viktor Bachinsky noted that the virus is extremely toxic, it is able to penetrate not only through respiratory apparatus but also through the eyes. Chernovtsy scientists recommend in any case use masks and even wear protective spectacles. An important condition to prevent deterioration of the situation is also the observance of quarantine regime.

06:19 p.m. Ministry of Health does not consider it is necessary to publish data on the number of confirmed cases of influenza pandemic in the laboratory. “Ukraine is in the A/N1N1 influenza pandemic, and now it does not matter how many of these cases will be detected, we should treat everybody equally,” – said Deputy Minister of Health Vasyl Lazoryshynets at a briefing on Friday.

Vasyl Lazoryshynets also reminded that in Ukraine since the beginning of the epidemic 1,25 mn people became ill with pandemic influenza, influenza and acute respiratory diseases, including 61,000 people – over the past day, which is by 8,500 less than the previous day. 65,615 people are treated in hospital, including 392 – in the reanimation, 60 have artificial pulmonary ventilation.

Since the beginning of the epidemic in Ukraine 239 people died, including 26 people during the last day, most of them are in the Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Lviv and Ternopil Regions. He also said that according to the laboratory data, 14 people died of pandemic influenza, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

Goshen, Squalene Mercury, is used to boost the immune response so you need less virus. When ingested it is used by the body. When injected it is treated like a foreign body and attacked. It is true that tuna (as well as many fish) contains high levels of mercury. There is a big difference however, in passing mercury through the digestive track and having it injected directly into the bloodstream.

And what concerns us it the H1N1 Vaccines which is injected into the system and remains there for over 10 - 15 days and it is known and proven that it causes autism in kids.

Firstly, the H1N1 vaccine is a new vaccine and it has never been proven to cause autism in kids (as you claim) since there has never been any studies done on this. There has been inconclusive research done in the past which claims that the MMR vaccine causes autism in kids. This has never been proven to be true and it is just a theory that's out there. The American Medical Association and others in the medical community have long ago disregarded the claimed link between autism and the MMR vaccine.

You're posting information from sources such as those which claim that President Obama instructed an army officer to take the H1N1 vaccine (rumored to be created in a military facility) aboard Air Force One to Mexico and spread it there. How reliable can these sources be?

This thread is false and misleading that the swine flu vaccine is evil. Its amazing to see opinions presides over facts and truth. I only hope is that the general audience take the time to verify the information posted on this thread.

Swine flu shot is safe and advisable to everyone. Next year the swine flu and the seasonal flu vaccine will be combine into one flu shot.

Dog, the subject is still highly debateable and there is concerned about the Swinefu and the H1N1 Vaccine, some praises it and some think that it is a death trap, and because it concerns everyone's health, getting the argument for and agains't is desirable.

Split decision over H1N1 shots for kids

As the nation prepares for a massive campaign of swine flu inoculations, Jennifer Babich and Christina Blakey already have made confident decisions about whether to have their children get the shots.

When Babich heard that the first doses of vaccine had arrived, she put in a call to the pediatrician to see how quickly her children could get vaccinated. Blakey, who has decided against the vaccine, made sure her pantry was stocked with healthy foods she believes will naturally boost her children’s immune system.

With opinion polls showing that Americans are split on whether to vaccinate their children – a fact that worries health officials – these two Chicago-area mothers and other parents are weighing the risks and making choices about how best to protect their families from the H1N1 virus.

The death Thursday of a 14-year-old Naperville girl who had swine flu and a heart condition underscored the stakes involved.

For some parents, to vaccinate or not is a difficult decision. They question whether the threat from the virus has been overblown and they have serious concerns about the new H1N1 vaccine. Was it rushed to production without adequate trials? Are there long-term side effects? Will the vaccine actually block the virus?

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has begun an extensive public awareness campaign to reassure Americans that the vaccine is safe and effective. Officials stress that it was produced the same way seasonal flu vaccines have been manufactured for years.

Much of the vaccination effort will be geared to children ages 6 months to 18 years, who have been most susceptible to the virus, officials said. Children often are in close proximity to one another and can spread the virus in school, on playgrounds and then further.

Since April, there have been 76 pediatric deaths nationwide. In Illinois, 199 people age 18 and younger have been hospitalized, and three have died, not including the Naperville girl.

Still, some parents are unsure about the vaccine. In an Associated Press nationwide poll last week, 38 percent of parents said they were unlikely to have their children vaccinated. Seventy-two percent said they were worried about side effects of the vaccine.

In interviews at their homes, the Blakeys of Oak Park and the Babich family of Park Ridge explained how they came to their decisions.


Past reactions have parents shrugging off the experts

Christina Blakey has heard the persistent messages from doctors, health experts and government officials about the importance of inoculating children against swine flu. But because of her family’s experience, she said she opposes injecting the vaccine in their arms or squirting a mist up their nostrils.

Over the last decade, Blakey and her husband, Jack, an assistant state’s attorney in Cook County, have done their own research on vaccines for children. Though scientific studies show no connection, they have concluded that the vaccines their sons received as infants contributed to their 10-year-old’s autism and their 12-year-old’s asthma, which almost killed him as a toddler.

“I’m not categorically opposed to vaccines, but I have seen reactions in my own children,” said Blakey, 37, who does paralegal work. “I’m skeptical of everything I bring into my house for my children, and I temper that with a lot of common sense, rather than emotion.”

According to polls, Blakey is among more than a third of American parents who don’t plan to vaccinate their children against swine flu this fall. They give various reasons, from concerns about the ingredients in the vaccine to whether flu vaccines in general are effective. Their arguments often do not stack up against the scientific studies cited by health experts, who stress that the flu vaccine is not only safe but the best way to keep children healthy and prevent them from spreading it to others.

“It’s always a concern when people don’t want to immunize their children,” Dr. David Tayloe, president of the American Academy of Pediatrics. “But if parents choose not to immunize, we’re not going to force them. We will do the best we can to educate them.”

The news Friday about the death of a 14-year-old Naperville girl with the H1N1 virus did not change Blakey’s perspective. Though troubled by the family’s loss, she said she would like to see equal attention paid to skeptics’ questions about the vaccine and more natural ways to keep children healthy.

“Why are we seeing all these diseases coming up?” she said, referring to H1N1 and other illnesses. “We should be looking at the quality of our food supply.”

Rather than a vaccine, she prefers a healthy diet to help her children ward off viruses. She is particular about what her three boys eat. On a recent evening at the family’s Oak Park home, the boys gathered at the dinner table for a meal of organic meatloaf and vegetables from a local farm.

She keeps the children away from sugar products, which she describes as “very dangerous” to the immune system and loads them up instead on fruits and fresh juices.

“We got something over the summer for a few days, and I just kept them home and made them chicken soup,” Blakey said, adding that she is not sure whether the flulike symptoms were H1N1.

Like many of the parents who oppose the H1N1 vaccine, Blakey is concerned about its long-term health impact. In particular, she is worried about injecting her children with the H1N1 virus used to develop the vaccine, as well as Thimerosal, a mercury-based derivative used as a preservative in multi-dose flu vaccines.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the American Academy of Pediatrics and most other health professionals have rejected what they call false “rumors” that Thimerosal causes autism, and specific studies have not shown a link between the two.

Some anti-vaccine parents, when asked if they are concerned that their children could pass the virus to others at school or the day-care center, contend that other children would be safe if they were vaccinated. Tayloe said that is a false assumption, because vaccines are not always 100 percent effective with every child.

But, among Blakey’s circle of friends, it’s not hard to find parents who share her fears. They e-mail information about vaccines and offer each other support. And, like Blakey, they won’t be lining their children up for the shots.

“If they get swine flu, I have full confidence in their body’s ability to heal,” she said. “Nature will win.”


Hoping vaccine blocks 2nd nightmare

Jennifer Babich’s decision to vaccinate her children for swine flu was reinforced by the memory of her now-3-year-old son lying in a hospital bed with viral pneumonia.

When news about the new H1N1 virus broke last spring, Babich, a marketing manager, was home on maternity leave with her second child. Her son’s previous illness was on her mind as she was bombarded with news about swine flu.

“It’s so scary to see your kid go through what ours went through, and we wanted to do anything we could do to keep him from getting sick again,” said Babich, 36, who plans to have the entire family vaccinated. “That traumatic experience prompted us to empower ourselves.”

So, Babich and her husband, Cooper, set out to learn as much as they could about the virus and not blindly follow the advice of health officials.

Then they showered their pediatrician with questions and combed the Internet for answers about the H1N1 vaccine.

They have heard talk about the vaccine being unsafe. And in their research, they came across information warning about the dangers of giving flu vaccines to children. But in the end, they said, the facts and evidence did not support a link between flu vaccines and autism or other childhood illnesses.

“There’s lots of (accurate) information out there, but you do have to do a little work to find it,” said Cooper Babich, 36, a physicist. “For us, it’s about how much action do you take to prevent something terrible from happening?”

The Babiches said they are frustrated that some parents refuse to vaccinate their children. They fear that Alexander and his 8-month-old sister, Katherine, could easily be exposed to the virus at day care.

“We’re not medicine crazy, pill-popping parents when it comes to our kids,” said Jennifer Babich. “But this is too close for us. Alex didn’t have the flu but it was close enough.”

Alexander recovered from two bouts of pneumonia as an infant. He is now a healthy, rambunctious boy who on a recent evening was jumping with excitement because he had just beaten his dad in a card game of go fish.

His parents want to keep it that way.

For them, the H1N1 vaccine can’t come fast enough.

“We’re all going to Texas for a wedding in a few weeks, and we’re nervous,” said Jennifer Babich, alluding to the recent serious outbreak in that state. “We would very much like to have the kids vaccinated before we go.”

Poll: Majority of adult Americans don't want H1N1 shot

Washington (CNN) -- More than half of all adult Americans say they don't want to get the H1N1 flu vaccine, according to a new national poll.

The CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey released Wednesday also indicates that the number of adults who have tried to get the vaccine but were turned away is higher than the number of adults who have gotten a swine flu shot.

According to the poll, 55 percent of adults don't want to get the swine flu vaccine and don't plan to get a shot. Another one in five say they want to get inoculated but haven't taken any steps to do so; 14 percent want a shot and have tried to get it but have been unsuccessful. Just 7 percent have been inoculated for H1N1.

Why are more than half of all Americans shunning the vaccine?

"The perception that the vaccine has dangerous side effects is the top reason," says CNN polling director Keating Holland. "Roughly half of those who don't want a swine flu shot say that the possibility of side effects is one reason why they don't plan to get the vaccine. That works out to 28 percent of the adult population who don't plan to get inoculated due to the risk of dangerous side effects."

So far officials of the National Institutes of Health say they've seen no serious side effects in clinical trials and that study subjects who have been immunized have generated a good response.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends the vaccine for certain high-priority groups because they are more likely to have serious complications if they develop swine flu. These groups include: pregnant women; caregivers and household contacts of children younger than 6 months; everyone between the ages of 6 months and 24 years; and people ages 25 to 64 with existing health problems.

Most frequently asked H1N1 questions

One in four American adults say they don't plan on getting a shot because they are not in a high-risk group, with 21 percent indicating they don't plan on getting vaccinated because they only go to a doctor when they are sick. Most of those respondents are men.

What about the 14 percent who have unsuccessfully tried to get the vaccine?

"Some say they don't know where to go. That works out to 4 percent of the total adult population who want to get inoculated but haven't been able to locate a medical facility that is giving swine flu shots," Holland said. "A bigger group, 5 percent of the total population, say that they found a facility with the vaccine but were turned away because they were not in a high-risk group or for some other reason. And 3 percent of all adults say they found a facility that had the vaccine but it ran out before they got there."

Add together those last two groups, and the number of Americans who actively sought the vaccine but were turned away for some reason is 8 percent of the total adult population, roughly the same number as the 7 percent who have been inoculated so far.

The CNN/Opinion Research Corporation poll was conducted November 13-15, with 1,014 adult Americans questioned by telephone. The survey's overall sampling error is plus or minus 3 percentage points.

Baxter Caught Shipping Vaccines With Live Avian Flu Virus To 18 Countries Worldwide

Czech newspapers are questioning if the shocking discovery of vaccines contaminated with the deadly avian flu virus which were distributed to 18 countries by the American company Baxter were part of a conspiracy to provoke a pandemic.

The claim holds weight because, according to the very laboratory protocols that are routine for vaccine makers, mixing a live virus biological weapon with vaccine material by accident is virtually impossible.

“The company that released contaminated flu virus material from a plant in Austria confirmed Friday that the experimental product contained live H5N1 avian flu viruses,” reports the Canadian Press.

Baxter flu vaccines contaminated with H5N1 - otherwise known as the human form of avian flu, one of the most deadly biological weapons on earth with a 60% kill rate - were received by labs in the Czech Republic, Germany, and Slovenia.

Initially, Baxter attempted to stonewall questions by invoking “trade secrets” and refused to reveal how the vaccines were contaminated with H5N1. After increased pressure they then claimed that pure H5N1 batches were sent by accident. This was seemingly an attempt to quickly change the story and hide the fact that the accidental contamination of a vaccine with a deadly biological agent like avian flu is virtually impossible and the only way it could have happened was by wilful gross criminal negligence.

asj, you're spreading false information associated with important health issues. Firstly, the H1N1 vaccine is a new vaccine and it has never been proven to cause autism in kids (as you claim) since there has never been any studies done on this. There has been inconclusive research done in the past which claims that the MMR vaccine causes autism in kids. This has never been proven to be true and it is just a theory that's out there. The American Medical Association and others in the medical community have long ago disregarded the claimed link between autism and the MMR vaccine.

Your second point about spreading false information, I would not concede because of the fact that this argument about the Swineflu and H1Ni Vaccine is a two sided affairs....my point of view so far reflects one side.

Your other concerns about sites that posts unsubstantiated articles on President Obama, bothers me not........once I do not do the same.

Even if you write that the H1N1 vaccine "can cause autism in kids", it is also misleading since there in no proven research to substantiate this claim. A statement can either true or false. In this case, yours is false since it has never been proven that H1N1 causes autism in children. Therefore, by posting it you are spreading false information. Whether you want to concede it or not is totally up to your conscience but the fact remains that the information which you posted is false.

As a moderator of this forum and one who supposedly thinks that he is doing a public service by posting information on the H1N1 vaccine, you should at least cite the sources where you are getting your information. There should also be some minimum standard and reliable sources where you get your information since this is an important health issue that you are doing "research" on. If you think that a post on a forum or blog from a lady named Stacie is a reliable source, then you need to revise the standards you set for sourcing information. Also if you're going to post information from sites which post garbage such as the following sentence, then you really need to set your standards a lot higher. German doctors refuse to be bullied by authorities into giving "swine flu" jab

Fredrich Hoffmann, the head of Germany's national vaccine commission, has told doctors that they should give the untested "swine flu" jab to their patients no matter what their opinion about it might be, but German doctors are refusing to bow down and be bullied.

The German national vaccine commission is made up of members with financial and other ties to pharmaceutical companies, and so it does not come as a surprise that Hoffmann is putting pressure on German doctors to give patients the lethal "swine flu" jab even though those same doctors will be liable to pay compensation for any damage and death caused by the jabs because the pharma companies have been given immunity.

However, doctors in Germany are refusing to be bullied by the authorities in league with big pharma into roll ingout a "swine flu" jab campaign that will make billions for vaccine companies.

Dr Jürgen Seefeldt, a specialist in internal medicine from Paderborn, sent an open letter to the Dr Susanne Stöcker, an official from the German drug regulator, the Paul Ehrlich Institute, pointing out the reason why her statement in the media that the "swine flu" jab was not risky was an "infamous lie".

Seefeldt systematically lists the dangers of squalene and mercury citing relevant scientific literature. He also notes that these toxic ingredients are not necessary for making a vaccine.

"You should desist in future in the interest of the rest of the population from making false statements of this kind and to put your efforts and energy into making swine flu vaccines withotu squalene and mercury," he writes.

I agree that there is no consensus on the causes of autism. That is why I'm telling you that you're making a false and irresponsible statement when you say that it has been proven that the H1N1 vaccine causes autism.

Children also develop autism after drinking their formula and breathing air. If there is no proof to link the formula and breathing air to autism, you cannot conclude that drinking their formula and breathing air are the causes of autism. Similarly, you cannot link autism and vaccines when there is no proof that vaccines cause autism. It's not like they get sick with autism the next day after taking their MMR vaccine. Many children who have never taken the MMR or any other vaccine are also developing autism. What is the cause for them having the disease?

Surely, we all do think of reliable sources in different ways. You even admitted to me that you didn't think the information on Obama instructing the army officer to take the vial of H1N1 virus aboard Air Force One and spread the disease in Mexico was true. Why would you then post information from a source which you already know to be unreliable?

Charges filed against Baxter and Avir in Austria

I have filed criminal charges in Austria against Baxter and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology for producing and distributing contaminated bird flu vaccine material this winter, alleging that this was a deliberate act to cause a pandemic, and also to profit from that pandemic.

Avir and Baxter AG are headquartered inside the Vienna City limits, where I live, and so fall within the jurisdiction of the Vienna City Prosecutor.

In the paperwork I filed with the Vienna City Courthouse on Wednesday, April 8th, 2009, after consulting lawyers, I present evidence of intent to cause harm by Baxter and Avir, citing, among other things, the fact that Baxter uses Biosafety Level 3 regulations to prevent just such a contamination of ordinary flu with the bird flu virus.

Also, I suggest that there are reasonable grounds for believing that Baxter is part of a secret bioweapons programme and that there are plans to release weaponised bird flu on the world’s population soon.

Furthermore, I present evidence to support the notion that Baxter is a smaller entity operating within a bigger aggregate of entities that belong to an international organised crime group, which I maintain can be identified with the group known informally as “The Illuminati”.

I allege there is evidence the US “Illuminati”-controlled government plans to release the bird flu on the US population in the near future, citing bird flu drills, FEMA camps, mass graves among other facts.

Flowing from their obligations as a signatory to the UN Convention for the Punishment and Prevention of Genocide, I argue that Austrian courts are bound by law to prosecute any individuals or organisations when there is reasonable proof that they are involved in planning any genocide, including US officials.

In an era of global crime organisations, I argue it is more necessary than ever that Austrian courts leverage international laws to protect the Austrian people as well as people all around the world against the bird flu and other threats, posed in particular by the “Illuminati” global racketeering influenced organised crime syndicate.

As evidence for Baxter’s participation in a secret, black international bioweapons programme, I cite reports that the “bird flu” virus was resurrected by US bioweapons scientists from the Spanish Flu virus in 1996 and also note that Baxter has patented a highly pathogenic bird flu virus mutation, something difficult to account for if Baxter is not doing research into weaponised bird flu strains.

As evidence that Baxter deliberately manufactured and distributed the contaminated material, I note the way the Biosecurity Level 3 regulations were systematically subverted at Baxter’s facilities in Orth an der Donau.

I also note the reports in the media that the contaminated material was sent to 16 laboratories with a false or incorrect llabel as evidence of intent to deceive staff in outside laboratories into thinking they were handling relatively harmless material and into taking fewer precautions, so increasing their risk of being infected by the bird flu and acting as pandemic bird flu carriers into the general population.

I argue the fact that at least 36 to 37 laboratory staff were treated preventatively for bird flu and normal flu in hospital underlines the danger that they could have been infected with the bird flu, and could have sparked a pandemic.

In addition, I present arguments for classifying Baxter’s production facilities for the vaccination material for the bird flu — specifically the use of 1,200 liter bioreactors and vero cell technology — as a dual biological weapons programme. This is because it would allow a huge amount of contaminated vaccine material to be produced rapidly if any live bird flu virus material ever got into the bioreactor in the first place.

I argue that the production and distribution of contaminated bird flu material by Baxter to 16 labs this winter showed that every safety control failed – and that another such a systematic “safeguards” failure cannot be ruled out again and nor can it be ruled out that contaminated material ends up in 1,200 liter bioreactors. I cite opinions that the Spanish Flu Pandemic of 1918-1919 was spread by contaminated vaccines.

I contend that a motive for Baxter for sparking the pandemic is profit.

In 2006, Baxter sealed a contract with the Austrian Health Ministry to supply 16 million doses of bird flu vaccines in the event of a “pandemic”. This action fits the pattern of deriving an income from illegal activities which is typical of an organised crime racket.

[Note: The Austrian Health Minister who signed the deal with Baxter in 2006 is Maria Rauch-Kallat, the wife of Alfons Mensdorff-Pouilly, who was released from jail in Austria on April 3rd, 2009, after being held in custody for five weeks in connection with bribery and money-laundering involving British weapons maker BAE systems.]

I also allege that the Austrian and international authorities are involved in a cover up.

As evidence for the cover up, I cite the fact that no action has been taken by the authorities. Little to no information has been released to the public.

While none of the political parties has made a statement, a few members of parliament apparently acting on their own tabled questions to the Austrian Health Minister on March 20th to obtain information.

Questions tabled include: “Can a threat to the Austrian people be ruled out?” “What steps have been taken to stop a repeat?”

In my charges, I argue that the people of Austria have a right to be fully informed about the incident and any investigation.

I suggest the notion that Austria has a “state within a state” or a “secret army” , a group of agents who act on the orders of Illuminati and who have annexed key positions in Austrian government and authorities, and who provide cover that allows Baxter and Avir to operate more or less outside the law.

I allege that persons in charge of the Austrian mainstream media are part of the cover up of this crime syndicate. The media in gross dereliction of its duty as the fourth estate to call organisations to account has been pretty much silent about the incident here in Austria.

Because so few Austrians have heard about the way Baxter produced and sent out the pandemic material this winter, they will be more willing to allow themselves and also their children to be injected with a vaccine supplied by that same company Baxter in the event of a pandemic, I argue. The silence of the media is, therefore, I contend a necessary element in carrying out this crime.

Should millions of Austrians and Europeans die as a result of the bird flu pandemic and/or contaminated vaccine material, their homes, property, savings, farms, companies and other assets could fall to the state authorities controlled by organised crime, and so could be transferred into private hands with ease.

I argue there is a robbery motive to the murder of millions of people throughout the world by use of weaponised bird flu. I present evidence that the “Illuminati” have planned the current global financial collapse to enrich themselves, and they are now using the relatively inexpensive and efficient weaponised bird flu as part of a pre meditated plan to eliminate huge numbers of their robbed victims before these can regroup and obtain retribution.

If the international organised crime syndicate I designate as the ”Illuminati” manage to kill millions or billions of people by unleashing a pandemic bird flu, they are in a position to take control not only of personal assets of their victims but also of natural resources of entire countries, resources that are increasingly valuable at a time of global warming, I argue.

I would appreciate any information, articles or tips relevant to the bird flu case, so that I can submit these to the prosecutor to reinforce the case.

As for the next step, I was told my file would be assigned a case number and allocated to a state prosecutor who will review the information and, if there is enough evidence of violations of laws, authorise criminal charges to be brought against Baxter and Avir.

Evidence appears to suggest that Baxter International is responsible for a new deadly outbreak of viral pneumonia in Ukraine.

In February of 2009 Bloomberg reported that Baxter “accidentally” send vaccine material containing both live Avian bird flu and seasonal influenza to multiple laboratories worldwide. A laboratory decided to test the vaccine on it’s ferrets, but the ferrets all unexpectedly died. It must be noted that Baxter has made a “mistake” like this before. Blood products produced by Baxter once containd HIV. Thousands of haemophiliacs died due to this, and many went on to infect their spouses.

Later in the year, a bizarre story emerged on the internet. The Huffington Post reported on a a man named Joseph Moshe who was arrested after a hours long standoff with the police because he had supposedly made threats against the White House. The man was able to withstand multiple rounds of tear gas.

However, the internet community was very skeptical of the true reasons behidn this man’s arrest. Comments on the Huffington Post website immediately began pouring in about an unreported side to this story, namely that Joseph Moshe was a Mossad Agent specialized in biological warfare who called into a radio show to warn people about a biological weapn that was being made by Baxter international that would be spread through vaccine and would cause a plague upon it’s release.

Although anyone can make a doomsday claim and we should never believe anyone (and it must be said that the Truth movement handled this well, the message was spread without being proclaimed as gospel) the amazing part about Moshe’s claim was the location where Moshe said the biological weapon was being produced.

Moshe claimed that Baxter’s laboratory in the Ukraine out of all places was creating this biological weapon. All of this came out in the beginning of August, which is more than 2 months before the situation that is currently unfolding. For Moshe to correctly name the country where a new epidemic would be unleashed, requires either inside information, or an incredible coincidence as anyone with a basic knowledge of statistics can confirm for himself.

FACTUAL ALLEGATIONS

8. There presently exists a bank-based transnational corporate criminal conspiracy to violate the fundamental constitutional rights and wellbeing of the American people, including those of the plaintiff, through fraudulent political, legal and financial contracts in the form of surreptitiously signed/enacted international treaties and federal laws/executive orders enabling the mandated imposition of bioweaponized H1N1 influenza vaccinations and quarantines/detentions through martial law. The aforementioned measures, being fraudulent, are therefore null and void, with no legitimate power to be enforced by any government, national or international, upon the American people.

9. Controlled by the same bank-based transnational corporate crime syndicate that now controls the United States government and virtually all of the national governments of the world, the United Nations World Health Organization (UN/WHO) has fraudulently declared, without any scientific justification, the highest possible Level 6 Pandemic for an indefinite period of time, which is akin to a medical "war on terror".

Level 6 Pandemic status gives the UN/WHO, by various international agreements signed by the US government and by various federal executive orders, as well by various laws surreptitiously approved by the US Congress and supported by the US Supreme Court, indefinite control over this nation and its people that subsumes the US Constitution, the US Bill of Rights, the American Declaration of Independence and all federal, state and local laws.

11. Level 6 Pandemic status may generate, via the aforementioned planned mandated martial law, quarantines/detentions and enforced bioweaponized H1N1 influenza vaccinations, massive profits for this bank-based transnational corporate crime syndicate through the hugely profitable sale of said vaccinations to the US and other national governments, as well as through massive confiscation of private property through coordinated medical genocide and disablement of the American people.

The Rockefeller Foundation is the single biggest funder of the United Nations (UN) and its World Health Organization (WHO), donated the land on which the UN World Headquarters Building was built and initially funded the US Public Health Service (USPHS), thereby indicating substantial influence with each of these institutions.

Rockefeller family interests are a major player in the Partnership for New York City (PNYC), where they intersect with the Murdoch media cartel, the East Coast academic medical, financial and banking establishments, as well as with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York through many interlocking boards of directors.

16. The headquarters for this Rockefeller medical operation is at New York’s World Trade Center, site of the New York 9/11 terrorist attacks, whose public ownership was transferred to private developer Larry Silverstein, another of the partners in PNYC, just seven weeks before these attacks occurred, to his substantial profit through exorbitant property insurance claims.

17. Through their parent UniCredit Group, three preeminent Austrian Banks, whose Unicredit holding company is linked to pharmaceutical corporation Baxter International, these banks are also linked to Rothschild family interests by UniCredit being the principal shareholder in Banco de Medici AG of Florence , Italy , a private bank founded and controlled by the Rothschilds since 1855.

18. Through their being the principal shareholder through UniCredit in the Rothschild-controlled Banco de Medici, these three preeminent Austrian Baxter-linked banks are also implicated in the recent Madoff scandal, in which at least $50 billion dollars of client investment funds were secretly siphoned into Israeli banks to be laundered for the bank-based transnational corporate crime syndicate's secret illegal drug operations, in addition to those in which it is more legitimately engaged. Following news on January 2, 2009 that Banco de Medici had invested $2 billion with Bernard Madoff, the Vienna headquarters of UniCredit Group appointed a special supervisor to run this private bank.

19. Approximately two-thirds of the tax and pension monies of the American people have, since approximately 1960, been systematically and surreptitiously diverted by their governments at all levels to purchase majority stock ownership of the pharmaceutical cartel via institutional investment firms privately owned by the bank-based transnational corporate crime syndicate.

20. The American people therefore unknowingly hold majority ownership of transnational pharmaceutical companies and their corporate co-conspirators. They are thereby being deceived into purchasing the shovels with which they will dig their own mass graves before their imminent execution, and have not been apprized of their ability to halt this process by exercising their rights as indirect principal shareholders of the pharmaceutical and other international corporate cartels.



21. Public health agencies of the US government, including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Institute of Allergic and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), and the Institute of Medicine (IOM), as well as the United Nations World Health Organization (UN-WHO) and major transnational pharmaceutical corporations met at the Simpsonwood Retreat Center in Norcross, Georgia in June 2000 to listen to the research findings of a CDC epidemiologist as to his findings, derived from the CDC's own comprehensive national database, that vaccines are not only ineffective in protecting the public against the diseases they are supposedly designed to curtail, but that they are actively harmful, causing other serious chronic disease conditions and death long-term, and sometimes soon after their administration.

22. The rest of that weekend was spent by officials of these government public health agencies conspiring with those representatives of transnational pharmaceutical corporations present to actively suppress in the future all scientific research disproving the safety and efficacy of vaccinations as a public health measure.

23. On June 11, 2009, the World Health Organization (WHO) of the United Nations (UN) declared -- without any scientific justification whatsoever -- attracting much criticism from medical experts -- a worldwide highest possible "Level 6 Pandemic," thereby triggering deliberately unpublicized US presidential executive orders and UN treaties that place all US military, law enforcement and health services under the control of WHO and UN.

24. According to the International Health Regulations of 2005 (IHR 2005), which have been incorporated into legislation also in the International Partnership on Avian Influenza of 2005 (IPAI 2005), as well as numerous US presidential directives, the WHO and the UN become the controlling agencies of the US in the event of a declared Level 6 Pandemic, and are entitled to control of this country under martial law, with obvious implications for all of the above, under the pretext of dealing with a pandemic emergency.

25. Since refusing a WHO-mandated vaccination has been criminalized by these, and various other state laws derived from the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act, (MEHPA) members of law enforcement/the military can use bodily/deadly force against “criminal suspects” refusing these mandated vaccinations or resulting order of quarantine.

26. Immediately following the abovementioned announcement by the WHO in June 2009, all signatory nations of the International Health Regulations of 2005, including the US, are obliged to give mass mandatory vaccinations and prepare for other measures such as quarantines, as/when mandated by the WHO.

27. The United States may then be controlled via various international agreements and executive orders by the United Nations (UN)/World Health Organization (WHO), now in turn controlled by the abovementioned bank-based transnational corporate crime syndicate through national governments and major nonprofit funding foundations that it presently controls.

28. There exists evidence from a WHO Memo dated from 1972, in which the WHO describes a method for using injections/vaccines to kill those injected in three steps: first, by weakening the immune system; second, by injecting a huge dose of virus into the body, which the weakened immune system cannot fight; and third, by injecting an adjuvant that triggers a massive an inflammatory reaction with an ensuing cytokine storm. There is evidence that the H1N1 influenza vaccinations recently mandated by the WHO follow that same three-step process outlined in the aforementioned WHO memos, and so intentionally cause damage and death.

29. There is evidence that the WHO is systematically concealing evidence of the lethality/morbidity of these vaccines, classified as bioweapons by US and EU regulators, in an act of fraudulent misrepresentation, to induce the populations of these countries to take said vaccines of their own free will, even while putting in place measures to make these vaccinations mandatory.

30. Now-FDA Director Margaret Hamburg publicly conferred with David Nabarro, key official with the UN/WHO and others as to how exactly such a pandemic would occur at a conference at Colorado's Aspen Institute on October 13, 2007, discussing with suspiciously precise prescience a future WHO-declared pandemic emergency eerily resembling the one it has declared at present.

31. The United States government has begun actively planning for mass forced vaccinations, detainment and quarantine of American citizens, including surreptitiously excavating mass gravesites in diverse locations.

32. There is evidence that in February 2009, the WHO was involved in nearly triggering a pandemic in Austria , by supplying Baxter’s Austrian subsidiary with a H1N1 virus that Baxter then used to contaminate 72 kilos of vaccine material.

33. The Baxter laboratory in Orth von der Donau manufactured and distributed 72 kilos of vaccine material contaminated with a H1N1 virus, to sixteen laboratories in four countries, including Austria , thereby nearly triggering a pandemic.

34. The contaminated vaccine material consisted of a mixture of a seasonal H3N2 human influenza virus and the deadly H5N1 virus. By adding a virus of the type H5N1 to an ordinary flu virus of the type H3N2, Baxter produced a highly dangerous bioweapon.

35. A staff member of a subcontracted laboratory in the Czech Republic discovered this lethal contamination, when all animals they tested died from this vaccine, and the contamination was reported to health authorities.

36. In Poland during this same period, twenty-one out of thirty homeless research subjects -- on whom these vaccines were tested without full disclosure of what was being administered to them – died, manifestly violating basic medical ethics and international law.

37. Since Baxter is obliged to use BSL 3 (Biosafety Level 3) precautions in its laboratories when handling the H1N1 virus (classified as a biological agent, BSL3 or 4 under EU regulations), such safeguards are in place as would make accidental contamination of ordinary influenza material with the dangerous H1N1 virus impossible. In other words, this deadly contamination and distribution was almost certainly due to criminal intent.



38. Thirty-six people had to be preventatively hospitalized in Austria and the Czech Republic because of their exposure to this vaccine-based contamination, underlining the danger of a pandemic.

39. This incident, that very nearly killed millions, was investigated by WHO, EU and Austrian health authorities only perfunctorily. This incident was neither investigated nor reported upon by any of the mainstream media corporations controlled by the transnational bank-based corporate crime syndicate, which, via institutional investment firms such as Goldman Sachs and State Street Global Advisors, also owns Baxter International.

40. It was later revealed in Austrian parliamentary questioning of Baxter executives that this incident had been handled, not as a serious violation of biosecurity regulations as mandated by law, but as a minor offense against the Austrian veterinary code: a veterinarian was sent to the Austrian Baxter laboratory for a brief inspection together, with a representative from the department for human medicine. No action appears to have been taken, other than recommendations to tighten Austrian veterinary laws.

41. On April 28, 2009, a shipment of said deadly virus from a WHO/Baxter-affiliated laboratory in Mexico was released from a suspiciously atypical hazardous biomaterials container, allegedly by accident, on an intercity train bound for Geneva, Switzerland , exposing sixty-one passengers to infection. To date, there has been no credible forensic investigation of this incident by the UN/WHO or Swiss/EU officials, and none of those exposed in this alleged bioaccident were ever properly treated for their exposure to this virus.

42. There is further indication of Baxter's criminal intent: in 2006, Baxter distributed hemophiliac blood components that were contaminated with HIV virus and administered to tens of thousands of people, including thousands of children in Europe . Baxter continued to release this HIV-contaminated vaccine, even after its contamination was known, yet Baxter International is still eligible to be one of the medical contractors being used by the United States government in their current purchase of vaccines that it by executive order could mandate for the American people.

43. Baxter International patented a vaccine for the allegedly new "H1N1" virus in 2008, indicating, with its aforementioned actions that it might potentially be involved in initiating such a pandemic.

44. It would therefore appear that officials of the Swiss health ministry and other officials of the UN, WHO, EU, US, Austria, Switzerland and/or Baxter International should also be interrogated concerning this matter by a grand jury; this has thus far not occurred.

45. In spite of the scientific evidence that mercury preservatives and assorted adjuvants are dangerous, the WHO is specifically recommending the production and use of vaccines containing highly toxic mercury preservative and oil-in-water adjuvants in its planned mass vaccination campaign starting in October 2009.

46. In a briefing note of July 13, 2009, the WHO stated: “In view of the anticipated limited vaccine availability at global level and the potential need to protect against "drifted" strains of virus, (it was) recommended that promoting production and use of vaccines such as those that are formulated with oil-in-water adjuvants and live attenuated influenza vaccines, was important.”

(47. Adjuvants are added to vaccines supposedly to make them more “effective” and to reduce the amount of vaccine required per dose. This is induced by causing the immune system to react in a powerful, unnatural and potentially dangerous way to the presence of the virus being vaccinated against. As previously mentioned, an adjuvant added to a high dose of virus can cause a massive inflammatory reaction with a cytokine storm, followed by death.)

48. Mercury -- one of the most highly toxic substances known to humanity, causing all manner of disabling neurological disorders and allergic reactions, including the epidemic of autism that began in 1931 when international pharmaceutical corporations controlled by the bank-based transnational corporate crime cartel began to add it to vaccines -- will be in some states authorized to be added to these H1N1 influenza vaccinations, with higher dosages of this toxic preservative to be administered to the especially vulnerable populations of pregnant women and children under four years of age, allegedly to ensure an intact supply of this vaccine.

49. The oil-in-water adjuvant squalene -- illegal in the US, as it has never been approved by the FDA and has been implicated in the disabling Gulf War syndrome afflicting some 250,000 US military veterans -- will be an ingredient in many of the H1N1 influenza vaccines administered in the US; in clinical trials for the H1N1 vaccine that are currently underway, the NIAID/CDC is testing only vaccines without adjuvants, even though clinical trials are supposedly done to give an accurate long-term picture of the vaccine that will be administered, not the exceptional case.

50. The specially manufactured, designed syringes for administering the H1N1 influenza vaccines are designed to implant an electromagnetic VeriChip microchip implant at that time. This is indicated by the fact that only one US government contractor has been selected to exclusively manufacture these syringes, and that VeriChip stock value rose rapidly in mid-September 2009 after the FDA’s announcement that the H1N1 vaccine had been approved.

51. Considerable clinical research has shown that such electromagnetic microchip implants can cause tumors at their implantation site, both in animals and in humans.

52. These injected electromagnetic microchips, although supposedly only being placed for the purpose of identification of the H1N1 influenza virus within the persons being implanted, as well as of those persons themselves, these microchips actually have general covert monitoring/mind control capabilities developed by top secret military research projects that could be activated at any time by anyone with the will and skill to do so.

53. These H1N1 influenza vaccines will be developed, “tested,” and shipped for mass distribution in a matter of weeks without adequate trials for long-term safety.

54. Transnational vaccine manufacturers are present as observers on key WHO vaccine advisory boards of the WHO that can formally recommend vaccinations, indicating substantial conflict of interest.

55. The WHO refused to release minutes of a key meeting on July 7, 2009, when its "vaccine advisory board" -- packed with transnational pharmaceutical corporation executives as observers -- recommended to the WHO that it order enforced vaccinations around the world using their vaccines, ensuring them vast profits.

56. The institutional investors and banks behind the WHO and these vaccine manufacturers are set to reap huge profits from the mass murder of Americans in terms of property and financial assets acquired, as well as profits from massive US government vaccine purchases.

57. The WHO has made a unilateral declaration of highest Pandemic Level 6 on the basis of a relatively harmless H1N1 influenza, manipulating data, and so misusing a provision designed for a deadly plague unjustified by any scientific evidence, in order to declare an international public health emergency for an indefinite period of time to acquire new emergency powers throughout the globe.

58. Cases of H1N1 influenza have been relatively mild, requiring little or no medical intervention, and deaths from the H1N1 virus remain extremely low, at less than one half of one percent of reported cases as of July 6, 2009, with no sign of the virus mutating to become more deadly, according to leading medical experts in France and Switzerland, Sweden and other countries, as well as according to Dr. Margaret Chan, head of the WHO.

59. Rapid tests have been shown to diagnose the H1N1 virus has been inaccurate nine times out of ten, casting doubt on the purportedly swift spread of this disease, and H1N1 has symptoms virtually indistinguishable from normal flu, and has never so far been isolated in the laboratory, further casting doubt on the legitimacy of the WHO's declaration of highest level pandemic emergency.

60. The WHO altered its official definition of pandemic in 2003, being guilty thereby of manipulating data. According to WHO’s present definition, a declaration of pandemic can be constantly maintained. In fact, every year since 1918 would have been Pandemic Level 6 under the WHO's latest definition.



61. The WHO has also changed this definition again this past spring of 2009, so as to be able to declare a pandemic based on the alleged spread of a disease, rather than based on its lethality as had been the case before, while discontinuing the use of accurate reporting standards for its incidence.

62. There is scientific evidence the Spanish Flu Pandemic was started by mass vaccinations of soldiers in 1918-1919.

63. A 1976 mass “swine flu” vaccination campaign in the USA had to be abandoned because more people died from the vaccines than the “swine flu” itself.



64. A recent WHO polio vaccination campaign in Nigeria has resulted in infection and a mutated polio virus crippling hundreds of Nigerians.



65. Criminal charges have been filed against Baxter International over the 72 kilos of contaminated biomaterial with the city state prosecutor in Vienna , Austria , resulting in a police investigation, and criminal charges filed with the FBI in the US concerning the role of Baxter International, the WHO and others in these spuriously declared pandemics and measures toward mass vaccinations.



66. On July 17, 2009, US Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius signed an emergency use order, giving to Baxter International and all other potential US government influenza vaccine contractors legal immunity from prosecution or lawsuit for any possible injury done by their vaccines to the American people during this spuriously declared public health emergency.



67. On September 15, 2009, the FDA approved H1N1 influenza vaccines, despite the massive evidence presented to it concerning their lack of safety/efficacy.



68. The American people, including the plaintiff as a class of one, will suffer substantial and irreparable harm and injury if they are forced to take this unproven vaccine without their consent, in accordance with the federal Model State Emergency Health Powers Act, National Emergency Act, National Security Presidential Directive/NSPD 51, Homeland Security Presidential Directive/HSPD-20, and the International Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza.

Therefore, given that --



69. A bank-based transnational bank-based corporate crime syndicate controls the pharmaceutical cartel, the UN/WHO, as well as the US government;

70. Public health-related agencies of the US government, the UN/WHO and the pharmaceutical cartels have together conspired to promulgate injurious, ineffective vaccinations, despite massive evidence from their own databases that they also have together conspired to conceal from the general public;

71. There were two recent narrowly averted international medical catastrophes -- which facts and evidence point to being intentionally engineered by Baxter International and the WHO -- that almost triggered a pandemic, and these H1N1 vaccines – classified as bioweapons by regulators -- are being fraudulently misrepresented as prophylactic measures for a mild flu;



72. Baxter International and other potential/actual US government vaccine contractors have been given immunity from legal recourse by the American people for any substantial injury or death caused by federally mandated enforced vaccinations;



73. NIAID/CDC-sponsored trials of the H1N1 influenza vaccine scheduled to begin on pregnant women and small children in August/September 2009 do not include toxic adjuvants, and will give a misleading impression of the impact of the planned, possibly imminent federally mandated enforced vaccination on the health of those receiving them. They therefore do not fulfill the criteria laid down for adequate clinical trials, any more than levels of toxic mercury preservative in vaccines being increased in those given to pregnant women and young children and the addition of dangerous adjuvants such as squalene represent ethical or effective public healthcare procedures;

74. The UN/WHO has declared, without adequate scientific evidence, a highest possible Level 6 Pandemic giving them, by various fraudulent international agreements surreptitiously signed by the US government and various federal executive orders, indefinite control over the US and its populace that subsumes the US Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence and all federal, state and local laws – it is therefore these very oracles of human freedom that must now be invoked to protect the American people

I think the time has come to panic. But not about catching the H1N1 “swine flu.” And not about the alleged risks of the vaccine that can protect against it. For the vast majority of people, the flu will mean no more than a week or so of misery, not different from previous versions. As far as the risk of the vaccine goes, it’s minimal. However, there is something to panic about: the stunning amount of misinformation being bandied about.

I freely admit to not having expertise in this complex area, but I think I do have expertise in judging who does. And that would be the scientists at Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, the World Health Organization, Health Canada and major universities. These immunologists, virologists, toxicologists and epidemiologists spend their lives researching and evaluating vaccines. I trust their opinion, which is based on experimental evidence, over that of naturopaths, homeopaths, chiropractors and various graduates of the University of Google (like asj for instance :-)), for whom evidence-based medicine is a foreign concept.

No rational person with a plumbing or electrical problem would seek help from a former Playboy centrefold, a comedian who specializes in facial contortions or a retired neurosurgeon. We would seek out a licensed plumber or an electrician. Yet when it comes to immunology, a field more complex than plumbing or wiring, many see no conundrum in being swayed by the rhetoric of Jenny McCarthy, Jim Carrey or Dr. Russell Blaylock, none of whom are immunologists.

Unfortunately, the lay press often presents the pro and con arguments about vaccines as if they had equal weight. They do not. The vast majority of knowledgeable scientists recognize vaccination as one of the greatest advances in the history of public health, while at the same time being fully aware that there are some risks. The point, though, is that they judge these risks to be significantly outweighed by the benefits. On the other hand, the very loud and often verbally abusive anti-vaccine minority greatly exaggerates the risks and minimizes the benefits. Unfortunately emotion often trumps science. And conspiracy theories can be seductive.

One of the most convoluted tales is spun by Austrian “investigative journalist” Jane Burgermeister (of theflucase.com). She contends that the H1N1 virus was genetically engineered and released by pharmaceutical companies so that they could then reap the profits from marketing vaccines. That claim almost sounds reasonable when compared with her other allegation that there is “evidence that an international corporate syndicate, which has annexed high government office inside the United States, is intent on carrying out a mass genocide using an artificial (genetic) flu pandemic virus and a forced vaccination program.” hahaha. What possible reason can there be for decimating the public in this fashion? “To transfer control of the United States to the World Health Organization, the UN and affiliated security forces.”

No, the H1N1 virus was not engineered by Big Pharma for financial gain. Nor is there any attempt to “cull” the population by the American government, and there is no callous disregard for public health by releasing an untested vaccine.

Of course when it comes to a new vaccine, there can be no guarantee of 100% safety. But there has been adequate testing of this vaccine, which is produced the exact same way that seasonal flu vaccines have been produced for decades. Over 10 million doses of the 2009 H1N1 vaccine have already been administered with no more than the usual minor side effects.

One of the noisiest anti-vaccinationists is former neurosurgeon Dr. Russell Blaylock. Some of his allegations about vaccines can be instantly shown to be wrong. For example, contrary to his charges, there never has been any squalene adjuvant in any U.S. vaccine. Adjuvants are added to increase the efficiency of the body’s reaction to the active ingredients in a vaccine, so that a smaller amount of vaccine goes a longer way. In any case, Squalene has been used in Europe and Canada for years without any problems being reported.

Any time vaccination is mentioned, the issue of thimerosal, a mercury-containing preservative used in some vaccines, also rears its head. Numerous studies have investigated the allegation that mercury in vaccines is linked to developmental problems such as autism. No such connection has been found. Russell Blaylock promotes vitamin D as a weapon against the flu. Vitamin D does play a role in immune function. But catching the flu is not a sign of immune deficiency. And the most recent double-blind study, carried out with 162 adults taking 2,000 IU of vitamin D3 daily during the flu season, showed no benefit in decreasing the incidence or severity of upper respiratory tract infections. Of course good nutrition is important for bolstering immune function, and taking a vitamin D supplement is a good idea for various reasons, even if it doesn’t play a critical role in protection against viral diseases. However, there is no evidentiary basis to suggest, as Blaylock does, that fish oil or antioxidants help with H1N1.

The anti-vaccine crowd commonly brings up the possible link between vaccines and Guillain-Barré syndrome, a rare but potentially dangerous neurological disease. That possible connection arose in 1976 when 48 million Americans were inoculated against the swine flu and 532 developed Guillain-Barré. That means roughly 10 cases per million vaccinated. No such relationship has been found with any vaccine since that time, suggesting that there was a problem with that specific vaccine, perhaps bacterial contamination. But here is the important statistic. The flu itself can cause Guillain-Barré — somewhere between 40 and 70 cases for every million people who get come down with influenza. In other words, the risk of getting Guillain-Barré from the flu is 40 times greater than the risk of getting it from the vaccine.

Life offers us no guarantees — except death. Everything comes down to a risk-benefit analysis. And I choose to carry out that analysis based on evidence-based science and expert opinion rather than on the unsubstantiated blather of conspiracy theorists. (me too :-)) So I’ll be rolling up my sleeve for the H1N1 vaccine, as will my wife, children and grandchildren.

Governments Intensifying Fearmongering Strategies For Mass H1N1 Vaccinations

On July 13, a World Health Organization (WHO) Global Alert headlined, “WHO recommendations on pandemic (H1N1) 2009 vaccinations” suggest that universally mandated ones are coming. It stated that on July 7, the pharmaceutical industry-dominated Strategic Advisory Group of Experts (SAGE) on Immunization held an “extraordinary meeting in Geneva to discuss issues and make recommendations related to vaccine for the pandemic (H1N1) 2009.”

There’s no pandemic. Yet WHO said the virus “is considered unstoppable,” while admitting little evidence of spread so far, most cases are mild, and many people recover unaided. Nonetheless, all countries will need vaccines and should follow these priorities as initial supplies will be limited:

– immunize health care workers “to protect the essential health care infrastructure;” then

– pregnant women; children over six months of age “with one of several chronic medical conditions;” healthy young adults aged 15 – 49; healthy children; healthy adults aged 50 – 64; and finally healthy adults aged 65 or older.

WTO suggested the risks in stating “new technologies are involved in the production of some pandemic vaccines, which have not yet been extensively evaluated for their safety in certain population groups…” As a result, “post-marketing surveillance” and “post-marketing safety and effectiveness studies” are essential so that countries can adjust their vaccination policies.

WHO “recommendations” are binding on all 194 member countries in case a pandemic emergency is declared under the 2005 International Health Regulations Act and April 2009 WHO pandemic plan.

It’s crucial to understand that these vaccines are experimental, untested, toxic and extremely dangerous to the human immune system. They contain squalene-based adjuvants that cause a host of annoying to life-threatening autoimmune diseases. They must be avoided, even if mandated. It’s also known that vaccines don’t protect against diseases they’re designed to prevent and often cause them. They should be banned but proliferate anyway because they’re so profitable, and if globally mandated to the greatest extent ever.

Earlier this month, Canadian doctor Ghislaine Lanctôt warned that the global elite plan to exploit a pandemic in order to introduce their soft-kill bioweapons into society. “I am emerging from a long silence on the subject of vaccination, because I feel that, this time, the stakes involved are huge. The consequences may spread much further than anticipated,” writes Lanctôt, who believes the A(H1N1) virus will be used in a pandemic concocted and orchestrated by the WHO, an international organization that serves military, political and industrial interests.

Lanctôt warns that the elite and their minions will introduce a compulsory vaccination that will contain a deadly virus and this will be used specifically as a eugenics weapon for “massive and targeted reduction of the world population.” Moreover, a pandemic will also be used to further establish martial law and a police state, according to Lanctôt, and activate concentration camps “built to accommodate the rebellious” and eventually transfer power from all nations to a single United Nations government and thus fulfill the sinister plans of the New World Order.

In her book The Medical Mafia, Lanctôt writes about the ineffectiveness and dangers of vaccination. “Because of my professional status, my words weighed significantly in the public eye. The Medical Board’s reaction was immediate and strong. Its leaders demanded that I resign as a physician. I answered that I would do so as long as they could prove that what I had written was false. The Medical Board replied with a call for my expulsion,” she writes. “As I witnessed the disproportionate reaction of the Medical Board, I realized that, for the health establishment, the subject of vaccination was taboo. Unknowingly, I had opened a Pandora’s box. I discovered that, despite official claims, vaccines have nothing to do with public health. Underneath the governmental stamp of approval, there are deep military, political and industrial interests.”

According to Dr. Russell Blaylock, a board certified neurosurgeon, “we are hearing the same cries of alarm from a similar lineup of virology experts. The pharmaceutical companies are busy designing a vaccine for the swine flu in hope that this administration will make the vaccine mandatory before another vaccine-related disaster can ruin their party…. Like SARS and bird flu before it, this swine flu scare is a lot of nonsense. Just take your high dose vitamin D3 (5000 IU a day), eat a healthy diet and take a few immune boosting supplements (such as beta-1, 3/1, 6 glucan) and you will not have to worry about this flu.”

In April, after the corporate media began hyping the marginally dangerous A-H1N1 virus outbreak in earnest, investigative journalist Wayne Madsen came forward with information indicating the virus possesses certain transmission “vectors” that suggest that it has been genetically-manufactured as a military biological warfare weapon. A Madsen source at the United Nations said he believes that Ebola, HIV/AIDS, and the current A-H1N1 swine flu virus are biological warfare agents.

Discovery Communications, the mega-entertainment corporation, will air a show at the end of this month called “The Colony.” According to the Discovery Channel website, the show “is a controlled experiment to see exactly what it would take to survive and rebuild” after a global catastrophe, specifically a worldwide viral pandemic scheduled to strike this autumn.

The Discovery Channel’s new show will play a vital role in the process of propagandizing the public, not so much for the prospect of societal breakdown and survivalism but rather in exaggerating the threat and conditioning the masses to line up and demand they be injected with deadly toxins and cancer viruses in the form of a vaccine.

The first doses of A/H1N1 vaccine are set to arrive in Britain in September and could be fast-tracked through regulatory approval in less than a week.

A death toll in Britain of 14, every one of whom had underlying health problems to begin with, has prompted fearmongering headlines despite the fact that the 1999-2000 seasonal flu outbreak affected more people. Add to this the fact that doctors are treating swathes of ordinary flu sufferers as swine flu cases and the exaggerated paranoia is plain to see.

Health officials have put forward plans to build a nationwide immunity to the disease, the biggest vaccination program of the past 50 years.

Health experts have already provided a priority list of patients, and the fast-tracking system has been established since the first British patient without underlying health problems died of the disease.

Reuters reported that the World Health Organization will “issue guidance about the need for a H1N1 influenza jab”. Meanwhile, the U.S. government has put states on notice that swine flu vaccinations will begin in October.

“Swine flu may have faded from the headlines but it’s still sickening people here and abroad and is certain to worsen when influenza-friendly fall temperatures arrive. The federal government called together health and education officials from every state to check their preparations for the likely prospect of vaccinations and determine how they’ll handle flu-riddled schools,” reports USA Today.

The federal government is committing more than $800 million to buy more of the two key ingredients to make the H1N1 swine flu vaccine, according to the Department of Health and Human Services.

The money will be used to place additional orders on existing contracts with vaccine manufacturers including GlaxoSmithKline and Novartis. The former Chiron Corp. facility in Emeryville is now owned by Novartis, which makes vaccines there.

The government is placing orders for antigen and adjuvant. The vaccine ingredients will become a part of the pandemic stockpile, when the vaccination campaign is enforced.

Florida already is planning for such vaccinations, said Dr. Ana M. Viamonte Ros, Florida surgeon general. She says the state is preparing for massive swine flu immunizations, starting with schoolchildren, as the Obama administration urges states to prepare for the likelihood that the virus might worsen in the fall.

Preparations are clearly being geared towards a mass rollout of the swine flu vaccine, in other words, a mandatory distribution. Time Magazine has been dutifully preparing Americans to accept this premise, reporting on April 28th that a mass vaccination program is being readied to combat swine flu while also urging Americans to “trust that the government is working for the greater good” and to not resist draconian measures.

The question is, what will happen to the millions of people around the world who will reject the notion that the government can order someone to stick a needle in your arm by force?

A concerned citizen called the the Arkansas State Health Department for advice on what he could do to opt out of the vaccine only to be told that mandatory vaccines were constitutional and could be enforced at gunpoint by the government if necessary.


One of his main concerns centered around the fact that the company chosen to mass produce the swine flu vaccine, Baxter International, were recently caught in a scandal after it emerged they had sent out vaccines contaminated with the H5N1 avian flu virus to 18 countries from their Austrian branch. It was only by providence that the contamination was found after the batch was first tested on ferrets in the Czech Republic, before being shipped out for injection into humans. The ferrets all died and the shocking discovery was made.

Some Czech newspapers speculated at the time that Baxter was embroiled in a conspiracy to provoke a pandemic from which it would reap billions in profits from producing the vaccine to counter a bird flu outbreak.

The last time the government ordered a mass vaccination drive in response to a swine flu outbreak, the program had to be stopped short after the shots caused over 500 cases of Guillain-Barre syndrome, a severe paralyzing nerve disease. 30 people died as a direct result of the vaccinations.


As with every flu virus, the particular strain of swine flu currently circulating the globe will inevitably mutate and change, and indeed there is evidence to suggest that this is already taking place – so how on earth could vaccines be a fix all cure unless multiple vaccines produced on an annual basis were distributed?


Since the corporate media is owned by the same interests that control the pharmaceutical companies, who by the way will stand to profit in the billions and even trillions if a policy of mandatory vaccination is enforced, it is no wonder why the fearmongering is intensifying as we draw closer to the timeframe that officials promised us all along would mark the return of swine flu with a vengeance – along with the mass rollout of vaccines that some people will be less enthusiastic about than others.

Only a small portion of the population has been vaccinated for the H1N1 virus in most areas so far, and yet already there is an avalanche of reports of adverse reactions to vaccine.

The basic truth that served as the foundation for the mountain of lies known as vaccinations was the observation that mammals who recover from infection with microorganisms acquire natural immunity from further infections. Whenever T cells (the little packman cells which kill viruses, bacteria, and cancer cells, thus conferring cellular immunity) and B cells (antibody producing cells which confer humoral immunity) are activated by various substances foreign to the body called antigens, some of the T and B cells become memory cells. Thus, the next time the individual meets up with that same antigen, the immune system can be quickly triggered to demolish it. This is the process known as immunity.

This truth gave birth to a beLIEf that if a foreign antigen was injected into an individual, that individual would then become immune to a future infection. This beLIEf, (you see the lie in the middle), was given the name, “vaccinations”. What the promoters of vaccination failed to realize is that the respiratory tract of ALL mammals (since animals are just as devastated by these inoculations with disease as are humans) contain secretory IgA (an antibody which initiates the natural God given immune response) within the respiratory tract mucosa. Bypassing this mucosal aspect of the immune system by directly injecting organisms into the bloodstream leads to a corruption in the immune system itself. As a result, the pathogenic viruses or bacteria cannot be eliminated by the immune system and remain in the body, where they will further grow and/or mutate as the individual is exposed to ever more antigens and toxins in the environment which continue to assault the immune system.

Part Two:

The mechanism by which the immune system is corrupted can best be realized when you understand that the two poles of the immune system (the cellular and humoral mechanisms) have a reciprocal relationship. Thus, when one is stimulated, the other is inhibited. Since vaccines activate the B cells to secrete antibody, the T cells are subsequently suppressed. This suppression of the cell mediated response is a key factor in the development of cancer and life threatening infections. In fact, the “prevention” of a disease via vaccination is, in reality, an inability to expel organisms due to the suppression of the cell-mediated response. Thus, rather than preventing disease; they actually prevent the disease from ever being resolved. The organisms continue circulating through the body, mutating and transforming into other organisms (as demonstrated by the work of Professor Antoine Bechamp), depending on the acidity and toxicity of the internal terrain of the body. Note that Bechamp proved that Louis Pasteur’s “germ theory” of disease was incorrect due to this ability of organisms to transform and mutate based on the body’s internal terrain (as Pasteur admitted on his deathbed). Thus, treatment of infection with antibiotics as well as “prevention” of disease with vaccines are both just examples of cutting off the branches of dis-ease, when the root of the cause is a toxic internal environment. However, since Pasteur’s germ theory was conducive to the profits of the burgeoning pharmaceutical companies who only manage dis-ease, no mention of the work of Professor Bechamp has been made in medical school curricula.

To make matters worse than the suppression of cellular immunity which occurs when vaccines are injected, adjuvants (which are substances added to vaccines to enhance the antibody response) can actually lead to serious side effects themselves. Adjuvants include oil emulsions, mineral compounds (which may contain the heavy metal aluminum), bacterial products, liposomes (which allow delayed release of substances), and squalene. The side effects of adjuvants themselves include hyperactivity of B cells leading to pathologic levels of antibody production, as well as allergic reaction to the adjuvants themselves (as demonstrated in Gulf War I soldiers injected with vaccines containing the adjuvant squalene, to which antibodies were found in many soldiers). Note that the pathologically elevated hyperactivity of antibody production caused by adjuvants also results in a distraction from the other antigens that the immune system encounters “naturally”, which must be addressed to maintain health.

This hyperactivity of the humoral (antibody producing) pole of the immune system is, in this author’s opinion, the sole cause of all autoimmune diseases. The only thing which determines which autoimmune disease you develop is which tissues in your body are attacked by auto-antibodies. If the inside lining of the gastrointestinal tract (the mucosa) is attacked by auto-antibodies you develop leaky gut syndrome (which leads to food allergies when partially digested food particles are released into the bloodstream, are recognized as antigens foreign to the body, and elicit an antibody response against those food particles that becomes heightened every time that same food is eaten and released into the bloodstream partially digested again). Crohn’s disease and colitis are also caused by auto-antibody attack on the mucosa of the GI tract itself. If the islet (insulin producing) cells of the pancreas are attacked by auto-antibodies, you develop insulin dependent (juvenile) diabetes. If the respiratory mucosa is attacked by auto-antibodies, you develop “leaky lung” syndrome where, just as with leaky gut, antigens recognized as foreign to the body which are inhaled are able to traverse the lining of the respiratory tract, causing the creation of antibodies against those antigens (usually dust, mold, pet or pollen antigens). When these substances are inhaled again, the allergic response producing constriction of the bronchioles is called asthma. If the components of the articular surface of the joints are attacked by auto-antibodies, you develop rheumatoid (or juvenile) arthritis. If the skin is attacked, you develop “leaky skin” syndrome, where contact antigens which could not otherwise traverse the skin are allowed in, leading to skin allergies to contact antigens. Additionally, depending on which level of the skin is attacked by auto-antibodies, (i.e., the epidermis or dermis), you develop eczema, psoriasis or scleroderma. If the kidney tissue is attacked by auto-antibodies, you develop one of the many types of nephritis, depending on which component of renal tissue is attacked (for example, with glomerulonephritis, the basement membrane of the glomerular apparatus within the kidney (which filters blood to form urine) is attacked by auto-antibodies, thus allowing protein to escape from the serum into the urine). If you develop auto-antibodies against thyroid gland tissue, you develop Grave’s disease. If you develop auto-antibodies against the tissue of the thymus gland (which is crucial in T cell production and function), you develop myasthenia gravis. If you develop auto-antibodies against the very DNA in the nucleus of all cells, you develop systemic Lupus (thus, the potential autoimmune potential of DNA vaccines being developed now is self evident; worse yet, DNA components from these vaccines can be incorporated into your DNA, leading to actual genetic changes which could cause extinction of all (vaccinated) life on the Earth). The brain and spinal cord can also be attacked with auto-antibodies (which this author refers to as vaccine induced encephalitis), leading to a variety of neurological diseases. The most severe of these, leading to death, are sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) and most cases of “shaken baby syndrome”. If components of the myelin sheath (the insulating covering of nerve fibers which allows proper nerve conduction) or the actual neurofilaments themselves are attacked by auto-antibodies, the resultant condition is determined solely by the location of the damage done. Such neurological conditions include but are not limited to minimal brain dysfunction, ADD/ADHD, learning disabilities, mental retardation, criminal behavior, the spectrum of pervasive developmental disorders (including autism), multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s, Lou Gehrig’s disease, Guillen Barre,, seizure disorders, etc., etc. etc. (Please note that other toxins are also sometimes involved, such as: aspartame, Lymes and mercury in cases of MS; aspartame in seizures; or pesticides in cases of Parkinson’s). Thus, when detoxing to reverse these diseases, these other substances must also be detoxed to obtain a full recovery. However, the corruption of the immune system caused by the injection of vaccines is a key component in these disease states leading to immune malfunction, and is the reason why an autistic child may also have leaky gut or eczema, etc. Note that myelin production, for the most part, does not begin until after birth. Most myelin is apparently laid down by age 5 years and usually completed by age 10 years, judging by the level of success at various ages in reversing autistic and other neurological VIDS symptoms that this author has observed in hundreds of children by detoxing the viruses with homeopathic nosodes, and repairing the immune corruption by simultaneous administration of bovine colostrum (i.e., after 10 years of age, the ability to stop and repair auto-antibody induced damage in the myelin sheath and neurofilaments themselves is dramatically decreased).

Thus, the hyperactivity of the humoral arm of the immune system in autoimmune disease is caused by adjuvants added just for that purpose. However, the autoimmunity itself (i.e., antibody against self) has several mechanisms, including the following:

1. The antigens present in the culture media itself cannot be completely filtered and separated from the organisms cultured thereon. Thus, any antibodies formed against antigens from the culture cells themselves (for example myelin basic protein from chick embryos or the 13 vaccines which now contain aborted fetal cells) can cross-react to form an autoimmune reaction against the myelin basic protein in your myelin sheath, etc.

2. Molecular mimicry is due to similarity of proteins contained in organisms and mammals. (For example, the measles virus is made up of proteins similar to myelin basic protein; thus, antibodies formed against the measles virus antigens subsequently also cause an auto-antibody attack against myelin basic protein in the myelin sheath due to cross reactivity of these antibodies).

3. intentional inclusion of antigens in vaccines to cause formation of antibodies that attack specific hormones or races (for example, experiments done on women of childbearing age in the Philippines and probably other locations where HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin, the hormone produced when women first become pregnant) placed into vaccines given these women resulted in antibodies against the HCG hormone, and subsequent spontaneous abortion thus occurred when the women became pregnant. It is also this author’s hypothesis that the epidemic of vitiligo in people of color (hypo pigmentation of skin caused by auto-antibody attack on melanocytes (melanin producing cells) in skin) is also occurring due to intentional inclusion of melanin in vaccines given to people of color.

In addition to the above phenomena which lead to simultaneous depression of cellular immune function and hyperactivity of humoral immune function, vaccines also contain other toxic substances which can cause serious side effects themselves. The following ingredients are actually listed on the CDC website with this introductory statement: “Many things in today’s world, including food and medicines, have chemicals added to them to prevent the growth of germs and reduce spoilage.” Translation: you,re already toxic, so what’s the big deal with adding more poison? This author’s answer to that question is that any immunotoxin can end up being the “straw that breaks the immune system’s back” in that individual, leading to dis-ease. This is where genetics is key; i.e., not that what disease you develop is actually caused by some “gene” in most cases; but rather that your genes determine the strength of your immune system (i.e., how many assaults your immune system can take before it reaches critical mass, and you develop a dis-ease).

Some additional ingredients in vaccines (as listed by the CDC on their website) include antibiotics, aluminum gels, formaldehyde, monosodium glutamate (MSG), egg protein, and sulfites. Thus, we have antibiotics (which you could be allergic to); aluminum (highly involved in causing Alzheimer’s disease); formaldehyde (a toxic carcinogenic substance used to pickle dead people); MSG ( a potent excitotoxin which, like aspartame, can cause seizures, brain tumors, etc.); egg protein (to which you could have a life threatening anaphylactic reaction); and sulfites (another toxin which we are advised not to consume much of orally, but in vaccines, it is injected directly into the blood stream). Is this not a veritable witch’s brew of chemicals, organisms, and animal or human (aborted fetus) body parts? Note in this list that they do not mention the ethyl-mercury containing preservative thimerosol, which has been the only dangerous substance in vaccines to receive mainstream media attention (albeit most of that being disinformation) after the explosion in the rate of occurrence of autism in the last generation became self-evident proof that vaccines are the causative factor. For, although the scientists working for the medical mafia continue to use statistics to twist and spin their data to make us beLIEve that vaccines are not the cause, too many thousands of parents have watched their children enter the downward spiral into autism after their children received the vaccine which was the straw that broke the back of their child’s immune system. No matter what the “white coats” tell these parents; they know the truth!

Mercury (also in dental amalgam fillings) is a highly toxic heavy metal, has been documented to cause cancer, and can be absorbed through the digestive track, skin, and respiratory track. Mercury is 1,000 times more toxic than lead, and is second only to uranium as the most toxic metal. If children receive all recommended vaccines, they will receive 2,370 times the “allowable safe limit” for mercury in the first two years of life (as if there is such a thing as a “safe” amount of a toxic poison). Yet, even after Congressional hearings instigated by Congressman Dan Burton (whose own grandchild became autistic after receiving vaccines) resulted in the FDA requesting (not ordering) vaccine manufacturers to remove this toxic heavy metal from their products, mercury is still present in many vaccines.

Although the symptoms of mercury poisoning are identical to the symptoms of autism, it should be noted that most children who descend into the hellish state known as autism do so after the MMR vaccine. The MMR vaccine is one of the few vaccines that do not contain mercury. Thus, it is self-evident that the removal of mercury will not make vaccines “safe”. (This is why the mercury is the only thing being addressed at all; because when the people reading this paper realize that the very mechanism by which vaccines corrupt the immune system means that NO vaccine is safe and effective; there will be an evolution of consciousness where the structure of lies telling us vaccines are safe and effective disintegrates.) In the autistic community, this will lead to an exodus from the multiple autism groups saying it is all about the mercury or worse yet, that autism genes are “inherited”, to the only group which has their focus on the actual problem. In this author’s opinion, it will be TAAP in alliance with the vaccine damaged soldiers and vets of the American Gulf War Veterans Association at www.agwva.org led by Peter Kawaja which, working together, will stop this holocaust on humanity called VIDS. The good news is that these VIDS can be reversed using natural remedies contained in the Hippocrates Protocol (www.drcarley.com). This “surgical strike” detoxification approach which has the potential to reverse ALL of the aforementioned conditions under the VIDS umbrella as long as detoxification is started early enough (before age 10 for neurological VIDS) will be the one truth put on top of the mountain of lies (that vaccines are safe and effective) that will cause the entire mountain of vaccine lies to crumble. Combined with a massive outpouring of public support to these two organizations, the root of the tree of vaccine evil will be exposed. Thus, the holocaust on humanity (where instead of people being put in concentration camps, the concentration camps are being put into the people) will finally be put to an end.

Unfortunately, we can no longer pretend that this epidemic of VIDS is merely a “mistake” made by good intentioned, albeit misguided mad scientists. Because it’s even worse than the above, folkswe are talking TREASON and CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, PETS, and even PLANTS, (which are also being genetically modified to create vaccines). The evidence for this is as follows:

As concern for population growth started to grow and the final plans to bring in the New World Order were put in place, this lie called vaccines was transformed into pure evil, as it was realized that such delivery systems could be used to intentionally cause disease, which is now being done under the US Code, Title 50, Chapter 32, § 1520 and 1524.

This law has been in place since the 1960’s, and it was last modified in April of 2000. The only stipulation made for experimentation on human subjects is that local civilian officials be notified 30 days before the experiment is started. Section 1524 adds that the Secretary of Defense may enter into agreements with the Secretary of Health and Human Services to provide support for vaccination programs through use of excess peacetime biological weapons (i.e., weapons of mass destruction). In April 2000, § 1520 (a) was passed to put alleged restrictions on the use of human subjects for testing of chemical or biological agents after a caller on C Span mentioned this law in 1999, which revealed this treasonous law to a huge audience of listeners (including this author, who has been including it in lectures and written materials since that call came into “Washington Journal”). However, the exceptions written to Title 50, chapter 32 under § 1520 subsection (b) in the 2000 law passed by our aiders and abettors of treason in Congress not only loophole back in a test carried out for “any peaceful purpose that is related to a medical, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, or research activity”; but add that such biological and chemical warfare agents can now be also used for any law enforcement purpose, including “any purpose related to riot control” (just in case those C Span listeners should actually get off the couch at the horror of what the traitors in Washington, D.C. are doing to God’s people). Subsection (c) of this law now mandates that “informed consent” be required. In reality, not a single vaccine has ever been tested for its long term side effects (including carcinogenic potential). Additionally, the intentional introduction of stealth viruses, (including man-made viruses that cause cancer, mycoplasma and the HIV virus), antigens which target certain races, (and surely a microchip in the future) into vaccines makes it self evident that informed consent is impossible, as it would initiate impeachment proceedings and war crimes trials against every “public servant” involved in perpetrating these crimes against the American people, in violation of the Nuremberg Code (which was written after the end of WW II to prevent the barbaric experiments that occurred in the Nazi concentration camps) .

What most people don’t know is that the top level mad scientists from Nazi Germany were actually brought to the United States through “Operation Paperclip”, and have been continuing their work to this day in places like Brookhaven labs, Cold Spring Harbor and Plum Island in this author’s backyard on Long Island. The World Health Organization (WHO) is spreading propaganda like the flu to convince people new, genetically engineered, live "mock" influenza viruses in vaccines are safe.

On August 6, 2009, following news that more than half the world's health professionals will refuse vaccinations this fall, the WHO issued a directive to governments to reassure people the new flu vaccines, still being tested, are "safe." A major U.S. media blitz followed featuring Barack Obama telling Americans to get vaccinated, and network broadcasts maligning vaccination opponents.

"From the White House to Oprah.com, H1N1 swine flu vaccine promoters and promotions, costing taxpayers tens of millions of dollars, are serving 'BigPharma' advancing a genocidal agenda," reports public health expert and media analyst, Dr. Leonard Horowitz. "Dismissing harmful vaccine side effects that may sicken millions of people following injections of immune-system intoxicating chemicals, heavy metals, viral proteins, and foreign genetic materials reflects gross criminal malfeasance," he says.

A WHO expert committee defended its global vaccination program writing, "Special safety issues will inevitably arise . . . when vaccine is administered on a massive scale," but "manufacturers have conducted advance studies using a so-called 'mock-up' vaccine."

Mock-up vaccines are made from live genetically-engineered viruses that spread like the flu after injection. So the threatening pandemic may include genetic parts, and whole new viruses, from these new laboratory produced pathogens.

"Mock-up vaccines contain an active ingredient for an influenza virus that has not circulated recently in human populations and thus mimics the novelty of a pandemic virus," the WHO wrote.

"For all we know, deadly avian and Spanish flu viruses unearthed by vaccine companies is 'mocked-up' in these vaccines," Dr. Horowitz commented. "You literally need 'national security clearance' to get the full ingredients list."

This "mock-up" ingredient is being used, WHO officials explained, to "greatly expedite regulatory approval" of the vaccines that will not be tested for long-term side effects, including cancer and autoimmune diseases, since millions of people are urged to receive the vaccines by fall.

"In other words," Dr. Horowitz explains, "Rockefeller family holdings that analysts call 'BigPharma' have activated Rupert Murdoch's media to get people inoculated, intoxicated, and exterminated."

Dr. Horowitz, a Harvard University trained emerging diseases expert and world-leading critic of drug industry-influenced government cites NBC's Dateline as proof.

On August 30th, "Dose of Controversy" aired to discredit those who say that vaccines are risky. NBC featured dishonored Lancet author Dr. Andrew Wakefield who published possible links between skyrocketing rates of autism in children and the MMR vaccine.

"By exclusively targeting Dr. Wakefield, an MMR vaccine industry competitor," Dr. Horowitz wrote NBC's Executive Producer, David Corvo (david.corvo@nbc.com 212-664-4850), "your program completely neglected the growing majority of health professionals who believe all vaccines pose serious risks, are often deadly, and are grossly inferior to advancing silver hydrosols in safety and efficacy. Every interviewee in "Dose of Controversy" favored vaccines, degrading your program to sheer propaganda, and evidencing NBC's prostitution for the drug cartel.

NBC obviously generates mega-bucks advertising drugs. "So the kettle called Wakefield black for filing a vaccine patent of his own, and taking $750K to represent families of autistic children in courts. The network, like mainstream media in general, was as objective as cats telling rats to beware of mouse traps," Dr. Horowitz chides.

NBC's dirty work was done by Dr. Paul Offit, a vaccine patent holder whose name tells more about his lethal operations than did NBC. Brian Deer, a British journalist that The Sunday Times used to attack Wakefield, was Offit's co-star.

NBC neglected to report The Times of London makes more money from advertising drugs than any British periodical, while its owner, Rupert Murdoch, is David Rockefeller's co-chairman in Partnership for New York City (PNYC). The PNYC engages The New York City Bioscience Initiative (www.nycbiotech.org) with many collaborating companies engaged in vaccine research and development.

The New York Times is also owned by Murdoch, who sits on the board of directors of Associated Press, that Dr. Horowitz has exposed as a virtual mouthpiece for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). The CIA, that oversees all infectious disease agencies in the U.S. according to the Washington Post, evolved from the Office for Strategic Services (OSS) directed by the Rockefellers and associates largely controlling health science today.*
The UN's WHO was established by the Rockefeller family's foundation in 1948--the year after the same Rockefeller cohort established the CIA. Two years later the Rockefeller Foundation established the U.S. Government's National Science Foundation, the National Institute of Health (NIH), and earlier, the nation's Public Health Service (PHS).**

In the United States, the NIH, PHS, and the AAP have incestuous relationships with BigPharma in denying mercury toxicity, minimizing vaccination risks, and promoting vaccination policies.

Dr. Offit, a prideful spokesman for the AAP, and co-inventor of the rotavirus vaccine, claims he "saves 2,000 children a day." In "Dose of Controversy," he made no mention of his substantial financial support from the Rockefeller Foundation that funds the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI).

NBC failed to disclose Offit's leadership in AAP that, along with the Rockefeller Foundation, is exempt from disclosing financial ties to Offit and other vaccine researchers and patent holders.

Nor did NBC disclose how many children Offit's vaccine kills daily from toxic side effects of heavy metals, harsh chemicals, autoimmune disease-generating proteins, and carcinogenic genes from viruses used to make his vaccine. He could not offer this information because health officials grossly neglect collecting and disseminating of this data.

NBC also neglected the AAP's role in covering up the Verstraeten et al. 2000 report--a CDC-sponsored study that slam-dunked vaccine mercury as definitively linked to neurobehavioral disorders in children. This blue-ribbon panel of government experts' findings were initially suppressed; then significantly modified before publication, so the AAP and Offit can conveniently claim no evidence links mercury to autism.

"Dose of Controversy" gave only the slightest passing mention of this most controversial topic in vaccine history--Thimerosal mercury. By the time children receive all 36 vaccines that Dr. Offit and the AAP recommends, it is now known that children's bodies contain more mercury than allowed by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)--a toxic dose."

A lasting image of controlled opposition in "Dose of Controversy," Dr. Horowitz remarks, was NBC's showing celebrities Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey marching for "Green Vaccines."

Why the swine flu vaccine doesn’t add up

So why is the justification for the swine flu so flimsy? It all comes down to these five crucial reasons being pushed by the vaccine industry… but as you’ll see below, each of these five reasons is demonstrably false!

Reason #1) The H1N1 swine flu pandemic!

Why it’s flimsy: While the infection rate of H1N1 is currently high, the fatality rate is remarkably low. In fact, it’s no higher than a normal, seasonal flu.

Reason #2) The vaccine protects you from the virus!

Swine Flu Vaccines to be Put on Fast Track.

The United States has committed to plans for a mid-October vaccination program. They really have no choice but to promote broad administration of swine flu vaccines; to do nothing means assuming the risk of negligence.

The big problem, though, is that creating vaccines in a such a short period of time leaves no opportunity to test them thoroughly. On top of that, neither the government nor the pharmaceutical industry will have any liability should something go wrong, such as the last time there was a mass-vaccination campaign for swine flu back in 1976. If you suffer a severe reaction to the vaccine that hospitalizes you, for example, you will have no legal right to compensation.

All this begs the question: How Do You Know the Vaccines Will Be Safe?

The government has a very specific agenda, and that's to get as many people inoculated as possible. They can't say for sure if any vaccine is safe: vaccine safety studies are usually very short-term - a few weeks, typically. If symptoms take months or years to appear, how can you trace them back to their origin? There have been other episodes of adverse reactions to flu shots in the past, not just swine flu.

Are These Vaccines Any Different from Other Flu Shots?

The CDC and many doctors have been warning for years that it is not an issue of “if”, but “when” a major H5N1 Avian Flu outbreak will decimate humanity. I really had no idea that many people were dying each year from the regular old flu. Shocking. Did you know that the Spanish flu of 1918 killed some 50 million people? I only bring this up because this new flu is being compared to the Spanish flu in great lengths. It may only be a coincidence, but it just so happens that the 1918 Spanish Flu has been tracked down to originating from a military base in central Kansas called Fort Riley, where a soldier came down with a fever infecting over 100 others before the day‘s end.




I believe that after reading this article you will believe as I do. This was by no means a coincidence. It is well documented in main stream news sources that our own government and military machine have been secretly experimenting on our troops and even private citizens, most without any knowledge of what was being done to them. The Tuskegee Syphilis Experiments are one good example of this and another would be MK Ultra. There have been many reasons given when looking where HIV/AIDS originated and in 1987 The London Times broke the story announcing the ugly truth in their earth shattering report Smallpox vaccine ‘triggered Aids virus. That’s right, now you know that through the smallpox vaccine, the deadly aids virus was awakened. Or maybe you have never looked into Factor 8. This is where Bayer Pharmaceuticals released HIV in there medicines.

Recently the swine flu vaccine has been linked to a brain disorder called Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), and in Germany the vaccine has been linked to cancer. Vaccines are and have always been very controversial leading right up to today when we are facing a mandatory global mass vaccination set to begin as soon as September/October 2009. Recently WHO recommended mandatory vaccinations for almost 200 countries and I know that many parents are worried and concerned about the safety in such a vaccine being shot into their children. It is well known there are so many different strains of flu viruses, that there are no guarantees the normal vaccines available now for the everyday normal flu will protect you from getting sick. Plus vaccines are put through rigorous testing for sometimes years, but Baxter and others have magically prepared a vaccine in a matter of months for human trials? I do not think so. This is the same Baxter Pharmaceuticals that recently released the avian bird flu virus in medicine to 18 countries.

The statistics linking autism and other diseases to vaccines are horrific and shocking, which tells me it is more about money than protecting our populations. So what will happen to you and your loved ones if you do refuse the flu vaccine? Will you be treated like a criminal? The answer is yes. You will be identified, tracked, treated and quarantined. The government is already sanctioning your local schools as mass vaccination clinics and it looks like the children will be the first to get the shots. So what I ask is which do we fear more? The Flu or The Vaccine? Oxford researchers have already warned not to give your children Tamiflu.

Right now eight cities are involved in swine flu vaccine trials with about 2,800 people participating. In 1976 there was a flu scare just as we are experiencing today, but the vaccine ended up killing more people than the actual flu virus. What is interesting is that Baxter applied for the swine flu vaccination patents in 2008, which was way before any breakouts were confirmed. It has also been confirmed that CDC and FEMA have been purchasing hundreds of thousands of plastic coffins. If you want to see the hundreds of stacks of these coffins, just go to you tube and search FEMA COFFINS. When you look at the big picture, it seems that our government and military have been preparing for this event spanning some time now. Could this be excellent planning by our leadership or could this be an actual plan that is being played out in order to create a total police state using fear and the human condition brought on by spin doctors and the mass media industrial machine?

Presidential candidate Chuck Baldwin recently asked publicly why internment camps are being built, while others are asking why The National Guard is advertising for Internment Specialists. Many of you have heard reports about FEMA CAMPS and scoffed in disbelief, and those of you who fall into this category should look at H.R. 645 which calls for no fewer than six internment camps to be built within U.S. military instillations. The 1st brigade already have 20,000 US troops on the ground in America and the pentagon is now asking for another 400,000 troops to be deployed on American soil. We know the military will be assisting with the mass vaccinations and will be easily deployed if civil unrest becomes an issue within our borders. The National Guard are training now for riots and our military/law enforcement have put everything in place to lock down America if martial law is ordered. The Department of Defense is pushing for domestic control while our Governors are opposing The DOD’s Emergency powers.

There has been a huge effort to label ordinary Americans as home grown terrorists by law enforcement/Fusion Centers and government agencies. We have all seen the MIAC report, VFC report, DHS report and the FBI reports which identify patriotic Americans as enemies of the State. The questions keep mounting as we must ask which is the greater evil? The Swine Flu? The Vaccine? Or the new American police state orchestrated by our government, law enforcement and military?

The message being put out by the mass media is that this flu will lye dormant until this fall, when it could kill millions of the global populations. Whether the swine flu is real or another bio entity is released upon us, it is very clear that we are all being acclimated to believe that there is a real danger this fall starting around October 2009. H1N1 Vaccine is NOT Made the Same as Regular Flu Vaccine!!

I am really upset at the insistence by the CDC, medical doctors and the media that all pregnant women should be vaccinated by this experimental vaccine. The media repeats the manufacturers’ mantra that this vaccine is produced exactly like the seasonal flu, when in fact it is not. Yes, they use chicken eggs, but the rest has been fast tracked and many shortcuts on safety procedures have been allowed.

There are 250,000 pregnant women in Australia and New Zealand combined. Only 66 pregnant women were admitted to the ICU, an incidence of 1 pregnant woman per 3,800 pregnant women or a risk of .03%.6 Put another way, a pregnant woman in these two countries can feel comfortable to know that there is a 99.97% chance that she will not get sick enough to end up in the ICU.

Pregnant Women NOT at Increased Risk, Obese Women Are!!

So, why did even 66 pregnant women end up in the ICU? As we shall see in the American study5, a significant number of these pregnant women were either obese or morbidly obese and most had underlying medical problems. The Australian/New Zealand study6 found that one of the major risk factors for pregnant women was indeed being obese and that obesity was associated with a high risk of underlying medical disorders.

They also found that death from H1N1 infection correlated best with increasing age, contrary to what the media says. They concluded the study with the following statement:

“ The proportion of patients who died in the hospital in our study is no higher than that previously reported among patients with seasonal influenza A who were admitted to the ICU.” 6

In fact, they report that of those infected with the H1N1 variant virus who were sick enough to be admitted to the ICU, 84.5 % went home and 14.3% died and that of those admitted with seasonal flu 72.9% were discharged and 16.2% died. That is, more died from the seasonal flu.

How Many Cases are Really Swine Flu?

CBS, to their credit, conducted a three-month long investigation that indicates that we have all been hoodwinked by the governmental “protection” agency called euphemistically, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

What they tried to learn from the CDC was just what percentage of the “flu cases” were in fact H1N1. The CDC did all they could to protect this information and only after filing a Freedom of Information request and waiting 2 months did they finally release the data. Now we know why they wanted it protected and why they stopped testing for the H1N1 virus in late July.

The data revealed that in fact very few cases reported as swine flu were in fact H1N1 variant virus. CBS examined the data in all 50 states. What they found, for example, was that in Georgia only 2% of reported cases were H1N1 (97% negative for H1N1); in Alaska only 1% of reported cases were H1N1 (93% negative for flu and 5% seasonal flu) and in California only 2% of reported cases were H1N1 with 12% being other flu viruses and 86% negative for flu.

A recent release from the CDC found that their survey reported that of 12,943 specimens tested from around the country, only 26.3% of cases tested positive for H1N1 variant virus, but that 99.8% of the specimens tested positive for some type of other flu virus, most of which were regular seasonal flu.

The CDC has now changed all data reporting on the flu effects. They did this by stopping viral typing and subtyping and rolled back all previous numbers based on prior data. The new system for collecting data now started on August 30th, 2009.

The only reason I can imagine they did this is that the prior data was clearly demonstrating that the H1N1 variant virus was causing a very mild illness in most people (99.99%) with fewer hospitalizations, fewer cases of pneumonia and fewer deaths for all ages and groups than the prior seasonal flu in past years. This was true for the United States and the Southern Hemisphere, which has gone though the worst of its flu season.

Now that they are no longer typing the virus, they can attribute all cases of pneumonia, hospitalizations and deaths to H1N1, even though the majority of cases appear to be from a long list of other causes. In fact, they can classify many cases of primary pneumonia as caused by H1N1.

Most polls show that we ARE making a difference because more people are becoming educated about influenza and flu vaccines, especially H1N1 swine flu. Recent national polls have revealed that 30 to 50% in many communities are not planning to get a swine flu shot. Those who haven't made up their minds yet have lots of questions

If you are harmed by the vaccine do you have any legal recourse in the event of an adverse reaction?

In 2001 a law was passed granting those who develop and recommend vaccines during a “health emergency” immunity from any legal prosecution. This law granted the pharmaceutical companies a free pass since without the potential to lose billions of dollars in lawsuits they have far less motivation to spend millions testing the H1N1 vaccine.

In my opinion, this is just a draconian measure giving the pharmaceutical companies a license to Kill, I always wondered why should an AMERICAN PRESIDENT signed a law like this, which deminished people's right.

Federal Preemption Threatens Individual Rights

We have a system here in the United States which runs (ideally) on checks and balances. This is in order that no one entity gains too much control, and that we individuals are protected and maintain our rights. This balance works because we can currently hold larger powers responsible for their actions. We can sue them, we can prosecute them, and we can force them to change. Federal preemption takes much of this away.

Pharmaceutical companies already do their own research for their own products, the results of which the FDA reviews and approves (or not). If all the FDA gets are the self-reported findings of the pharmaceutical companies themselves, if they provide incomplete, or even blatantly false information to the FDA, who is keeping them honest? The answer is, we are! If federal preemption becomes a reality, the individual no longer has the power to keep these big companies in line, and the FDA certainly can't handle it alone-

"...it would be a mistake to rely solely on the F.D.A.'s judgment. The agency is short of skilled scientists. If a company buries important information deep in the bowels of a report, the agency may not detect it or appreciate its significance. The World Health Organization (WHO) claims that by employing their monitoring standards on outbreaks from different parts of the world, they are able to obtain sufficient information to make tentative conclusions about how the influenza pandemic might evolve in the coming months. WHO Claim: H1N1 is now the dominant virus strain

The WHO claims that the evidence from multiple outbreak sites demonstrates that the H1N1 pandemic virus has rapidly established itself and is now the dominant influenza strain in most parts of the world.

This is extremely deceptive of the WHO since they admit they are routinely re-categorizing a large number of cases of common influenza as H1N1 swine flu. The WHO stated in a briefing note that the "...increasing number of cases in many countries with sustained community transmission is making it extremely difficult, if not impossible, for countries to try and confirm them through laboratory testing. Moreover, the counting of individual cases is now no longer essential in such countries for monitoring either the level or nature of the risk posed by the pandemic virus or to guide implementation of the most appropriate response measures."

Canada Sets Aside 170,000 Doses of the Arepanrix H1N1 Vaccine After Reactions

More than 100,000 doses of the H1N1 vaccine are being withdrawn across Canada, after Manitoba health officials announced Thursday they'd noticed a higher-than-usual number of allergic reactions from one batch.

Vaccine manufacturer GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) has asked several provinces to set aside the 170,000 doses from the questionable batch.


GSK say the batch recall is a precaution an they will investigate to see whether there is something wrong with the batch.

Health Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) have been criticized by the decision to approve the Arepanrix vaccine without any safety or efficacy testing on a single Canadian. The vaccine was was rushed through regulatory processes to ensure it would be delivered.

British Columbia Centre for Disease Control has recently probed why residents have suffered anaphylaxis at a higher rate compared with the previous five seasonal-flu-vaccination programs, suggesting it could be because some people received H1N1 and the seasonal flu shot simultaneously.


"GSK is taking this cautionary action because the Public Health Agency of Canada has received a higher than expected number of reports of anaphylaxis in this lot number compared to other lots," the company said in a written statement Thursday.

One or two allergic reactions are expected in a batch that size. But health officials recorded six severe allergic reactions and alerted GSK.

A UK doctor and medical consultant has publicly stated that governments "do like" epidemics as a chance to impose their will. The London based doctor has been advising patients to increase their vitamin D intake rather than get the vaccine, which he believes has been rushed.

Several of the WHO's influenza advisers are paid by the pharmaceutical industry. Conflicts of interest have encouraged the industry to influence the decision that the H1N1 swine flu is a pandemic - and that the vaccine is necessary to defeat the disease.

On June 11, 2009, WHO Director General Margaret Chan stated that the swine influenza was a pandemic. It meant a huge economic benefit for the pharmaceutical industry. Many member countries - including Denmark - have contracts with major pharmaceutical companies and are therefore obligated to purchase vaccines in the event of a pandemic.

Investment bank JP Morgan estimates that the pharmaceutical industry may well receive vaccine orders up to 10 billion this year. Much of the turnover is due to the WHO's decision.

Many of the apparently impartial researchers the WHO uses are paid by the companies that produce vaccines.

The double roles are problematic, believes Professor Tom Jefferson, who is epidemiologist at the Cochrane Center in Rome:

"It is worrying that many members of WHO committees, signing himself with other titles, although they actually represent the pharmaceutical industry," he said.

One of the experts in the WHO H1N1-specific advisory group, Dr. Albert Ostenhaus, has been a significant figure on the Dutch government's agenda. The Government has convened a crisis meeting because of an article in Science where it has emerged that Albert Ostenhaus has economic interests in several pharmaceutical companies.

Meanwhile, Dr. Albert Ostenhaus in the Netherlands is known as' Dr Flu' because he promotes as the solution to epidemics.

Dr. Frederick Hayden is an outside expert in WHO's SAGE (strategize Advisory Group of Experts), which advises WHO on vaccines. He appears in the official papers as flu-research coordinator from the anonymous organization "The Welcome Trust in London."

But in a Google search shows that Dr. Hayden has many other employers. He is in particular a 'paid adviser' for pharmaceutical companies Roche, RW Johnson, SmithKline Beecham and Glaxo Wellcome.

Dr. Arnold Monto, who also appears as an invited expert on SAGE's members list of paid consultants in association with MedImmune (which produces the intranasal flu vaccine), Glaxo Wellcome and ViroPharma. SAGE 's list says he is only listed as the head of a department at the University of Michigan.

"There is a huge pharmaceutical lobby in the WHO, and it has been this way for so long. It is hard to see through what is the industry's interest and what is factual information," says specialist in community medicine, and former employee at the university Mauri Johansson.

The minutes from the SAGE meeting, held on July 7th stipulated that: "It will probably be necessary to give two doses of vaccine to ensure protection," although several researchers have pointed out that a single vaccine should be enough. The minutes also recommended that all health professionals and all pregnant women be vaccinated. Furthermore, there is a need for "a better understanding of the global vaccine demand 'and members' are invited to consider the use of vaccine as part of their pandemic preparedness."

Tom Jefferson of Cochrane encountered mysterious recommendations from the WHO:

"The WHO's latest recommendations on the control of pandemic influenza has stitches and frequent washing of hands mentioned twice. Vaccines and antivirals are however mentioned 24 and 18 times. "Why would an international public health agency focus on expensive interventions such as vaccines and medication when it is not proven that they work?" he said and stresses that washing is the best sanitizing method known.

Wolf Dieter Ludwig, head of drug commission of the German Medical Association is no doubt about what has happened:

"The authorities have succumb to a campaign by pharmaceutical companies, which seeks to monetize a non-existent threat," he told Der Spiegel.

According to Tom Jefferson, the result should be that the WHO committee split:

"The counselors must be separated from the WHO-makers and those who evaluate the WHO recommendations. And we must ensure that nobody can get away with non-publication of their conflicts of interest, "he says.

WHO spokesman, Gregory Hartl, believes that it is quite natural that the pharmaceutical industry participate in WHO meetings.

"Everybody has something to contribute in this process - industry, NGOs and professional players - so we can gather all information. When we make vaccine recommendations, we need knowledge about what is required to produce a vaccine. It is the only manufacturer who has the knowledge. "

Frederick Hayden and Alfred Monto attended the meeting on July 7th by experts from a university, but they were both paid by the pharmaceutical industry. Information about their financial ties are just not publicly available in the WHO auspices. Why not?

It was diagnosed in thousands of patients following the 1976 swine flu vaccine scare, and it appears to be recurring here in 2009 as the swine flu vaccine makes it into more widespread distribution.

Health authorities, however, remain adamant that H1N1 vaccines are never the cause of GBS, and that such diagnoses are “pure coincidence.” This blatantly unscientific P.R. tactic is designed to dismiss any and all concerns over the neurological side effects of H1N1 vaccines by simply denying they exist. To date, the CDC has received reports of five additional people being diagnosed with GBS following swine flu vaccinations, but it dismisses them all as coincidence. “It’s much less than we’d expect,” says CDC official Dr. Claudia J. Vellozzi. (Which is sort of interesting all by itself, because it reveals that the CDC expects a lot more people to get GBS following vaccine injections…)

At the same time, part of the reason the CDC isn’t receiving many reports on neurological disorders caused by H1N1 vaccines is because they participated in a massive media brainwashing event that prepped the population to dismiss all side effects by pre-announcing the bizarre idea that “side effects experienced after vaccine injections are not related to vaccines.”

This was an organized, nationwide media brainwashing campaign engineered by the CDC, FDA and drug companies. It sought to pre-program health consumers to automatically dismiss serious side effects that appeared in the hours after receiving swine flu vaccine injections.

The campaign worked. In fact, even the GBS of this young man, Jordan McFarland, wasn’t submitted to the CDC. It only came to light when his step-mother submitted details to MSNBC.com’s reader reporting tool. In other words, this was citizen journalism at work, where a parent submitted information directly to the media.

For this to occur is exceedingly rare. Most parents would simply wait for their doctor to submit such information to health authorities, not knowing that submitting reports of vaccine-related side effects remains voluntary in modern medicine.

No requirement to report vaccine side effects
You read that right: There is no requirement that doctors send reports of vaccine side effects to any health authority at all. And that raises the question: So how do they really know how many people are suffering neurological side effects from the H1N1 vaccines?
