Then dem get tek out. The Phantom tek care ah dem. Then de Phantom
itself tek over. Phantonm de going crazy in de place. Then the
Phantom get bruk up because the bossman get cut down. Everything bruk
up there. But then Fineman tek over wid he gang and dem man run de
place red. Fineman tek it to a next level. Now he got nuff lil boys
like Skinny wid he. And dem man just doing more and more damage than
was ever done before.

Dem gone ketch Fineman and Skinny. And things gon get peaceful fuh a
lil while and things gon start to pick up back again. But dem not
addressing the bigger problems budday. So as soon as tings pick up
back again a man who badder than Fineman gon come up and he gon do
badder tings than Fineman. We see the trend. The evidence is dere. We
just got to look at it. Look at the last ten years. Is a cycle of
increasing violence budday. And everytime a new badman tek over is
more brutal the crime situation does get. We living in a hell. Is
share crime and voy-lence. We just going from bad to worse to worser.
