the PPP endorses Jagdeo for another term as President, then I would expect him to have many more terms. A President for life.
This move will only demonstrate that the Guyanese society is not allowed to mature towards democracy. I have always objected to shared goverance-I feel it will only keep the society in a race concious mode. If the PPP demonstrates the lack of respect for the development of the nation towards democracy. Then I strongly endorses shared-goverance because there is no hope in the future. And the PNC should be forceful in every way to bring these backward bunch of racists to the bargaining table and extract their fair share of representation in the government. The PPP deserves their warth-unfortunately it is the ordinary folks who pays for the poor decisions made by men and women of no vision. |

For too long this country has suffered as a result of the actions of persons such as your self and those at Congress Place. People who have, for years, refused to accept the will of the electorate, despite their rejection of your propensity for violence and destruction. The P.N.C. destroy Guyana during their twenty -eight years of dictatorship. They continue to destroy the country by refusing to accept the results of three free and fair elections.

What are your views about the current Gov't who allows these atrocities- I repeat ALLOWS- to take place without having any sort of demonstrative ability to curb such activities. Is it not the reposnsibility of the Gov't to provide protection for its citizens? Is it not the duty of the Gov't to stop these hooligans? Doesn't this make them equally culpable? The hooligans have failed to bring the PPP to the ground but at the cost of the lives of Guyana's citizens. It's amazing that there's a Blog Monitoring unit, and there are folks who I'm sure are paid to blog here to counter public perception when that money can be better spent on formunating and implementing a plan to curb crime. However it is transparent that all you people are interested in is how you look and you don't give a fig about your citizens! |

Everytime I come to read this forun, there's only one conclusion that I can draw, the PNC is the most powerful organization. When anything goes wrong blame it on the PNC. The PPP is in power for ovwe 15 yrs but the PNC still run things, don't you think it's time you make it official then??
