Essequibo too but you know I would notice Berbice first
Now in Canje there are Reliance Settlement and neighboring is Reliance Abandon. Wonder if the latter was an abandon land and squatters moved there and it became a village. Pure speculation here, that's not how it got its name |

hmmmm, interesting. Did Triumph got its name from some sort of victory? I can see how the ones with dutch and english names came about - the settlers - but names like Triumph, Poor Hall, Gangaram
, Sheet Anchor, etc would be interesting to learn where it originated from |
