Bai the trick is to tell yr banker..I am getting it at lower price and if u don't do something better then I moving my present mortage plus this new purchase to another bank....(so my friends tell me)... honestly I thought u can lock in at 4.10 for 5 years..my nephew just renewed at RBC for that in TO,but of course I don't know the deal or the banks systems..

The banks are "fighting" with each other for the "heated" market. It is in most cases, a buyers paradise at this time --- some places are offering prime rate MINUS a certain percentage point(s) to gain purchasers' attention and business.

My elder daughter to purchase her home in November 2004 --- I checked out the construction work while the new house was being built to ensure that it meets all the regulations, specifications, etc.

I was extremely surprised that my two daughters took a keen interest in my engineering -- and were always asking questions.

Once on vacation, I included trips to Grand Coulee Dam, Libby Dam and the Hover Dam. Whe I got to the respective sites, I was amazed at the questions my daughters were asking the guide who was assigned to us -- and they actively took part with the technical simulation procedures and throughly enjoyed the experience.
