Of all the ministers in the PPP govt,Sash was the one who identified with its base and the masses more than any other.He lived to serve and he did this as a superb human being.

He served his people and his country and he paid the ultimate price.
Let us not waver for his cause is our cause and his vision ours.The struggle must go on and we should not falter from our goal.A nation mourns you and salutes you ,for you are a shining example of the best in us .

My condolences to the Shaw & Robertson families on the death of their family members.I hope the President is doing all he can to solve all the unsolved deaths in Guyana.

My deepest and hearfelt condolences to the bereaved families. My thoughts and prayers are with the families of all those affected by this senseless act and for all the families who are hurting from the loss of loved ones to the new way of life in Guyana. I have only met Sash and his wife a couple of times but it feels like I lost a family member.

Sattie.. I feel your pain. I am so sorry to learn of this terrible tragedy. I can only remember sash, his mom, julie and yourself in the days of happiness. I am there with you in spirit and in thoughts. Be brave and remember there are many who love you and sorrow with you even if not in person. My sincerest and deepest sympathy to all of you at this time.. I know nothing can be said to comfort you at this time; You and Sash lived without fear in Guyana and loved every moment of it. He gave his life for his country. Be strong my friend and take comfort in the love and memories you hold of him and his family.

Sincere condolences to the Shaw and Robertson families. Neither life was more or less important. I attended IETC at the same time with Sat and knew of him and his work to inject decency and Law and Order in Government and Society.

The Drug Trade has infiltrated all levels of Government and a word of warning to those who are making this a Race thing: The individual heading the Drug Trade in Guyana is East Indian. Could someone post where donations to the Robertson family can be sent. Those innocent and sweet looking kids need help.
