When Rushdie gets killed, will it be a "true muslim" who kills him or will it be a bad egg of the faith?

Now those mullahs that are calling for Rushdie's death, and encouraging persons to kill him, and those many muslims who are taking to the streets in anger are they representative of the faith or are they bad eggs in the wee minority?

Writers read a lot, and I am sure Rushdie read all of his books. If death have to come so easy for Rushdie, the entire muslim population would have been extinct for evil doing by god's laws.

why do ppl care if the man gets knighted or not? do we not have other pressing issues to deal with rather than exerting time and effort over one man whom is noted for his writings.
