I was thinking more along the line that the essence of a being is never gone if it lives on as part of a greater whole. Also, transforming from one form to another may only be possible if the original form possessed latent qualities of the new form. Which would mean that some of the new was already present in the old, therefore vice versa stands to reason. Of course this is just idle speculation. |

Indeed. The way I see it is; the essence of being is matter, matter is energy and since energy is never created nor destroyed it is indeed part of the greater whole which is the collective energy of the cosmos.
Indeed. This Latency is present everywhere. I see this latency present in the basic elements of matter; protons, neutron and electrons. Since this is the basic element it is, therefore, present in all forms. However, to say that you as a being will consciously remember this life once your elements become parts of other forms is difficult to prove scientifically, and currently I do not subscribe to it.
Of course. See my second comment. Comes down to the Basic Street lingo “everything is everything”. Street language and very profound, indeed. |

P: once again, your summation points out the fallacy of "proving" life after death, a premise that comes out of religion. It cannot be done. hence it being an 'irrational' subject. and reducing all the theistic arguments to nonsense. But a faith person will say that if we cannot rationalize, it does not mean it is not there. Beyond our comprehension. I am not yeaing or naying either concept...theism or atheism..just pointing out the fallacy of trying to prove or disprove. ALthough, in honesty, one has to admit that it is more logical to deny rather than affirm. and which is why Jesus said "o ye of little faith". That is the underliner of all religion...belief in the unseen, the unproveable. And once you deal with a commodity that is unseen, unproveable, you have charlatans....creflo dollar and the like.
