Can you folks please explain this Religious Order and what you think about it.

The AMORC Order is a School of Light and self-improvement in which the members, by means of a progressive system of study and practical application of what is learned, become not only the Masters of their own lives, and Architects of their own destiny, but also incorporate the highest existing ethical ideals into their personality.

The Rosicrucian Order perpetuates the wisdom of the Rosicrucians of every age who, over the centuries, have taught the followers of their teachings how to develop their physical, mental, and spiritual abilities, and understand the relationship that exists between all beings, the Cosmos, the laws that govern it, and God, by whatever name He is known and however conceived. All of this is presented through the progressive Initiations and graduated studies that are typical of an Initiatory Order.

The symbol from which the name of our Order is taken, the Rosicrucian, represents a fully developed human being, a Master of Existence who applies the highest spiritual ideals to material life. The Rosicrucian is an inner state of perfection that no one can grant or give another by means of an identification card designating membership in any organization, regardless of what it is called. It is rather something attained through study and practice, a reward for virtue. No one can claim exclusive proprietorship of the ideal and aspiration of attaining the perfection represented by the Rosicrucian, because it belongs to all of humanity, whenever the desire to rise above personal limitations is present. For anyone to claim sole proprietorship would be to demonstrate ignorance and bad faith.
