Taare Zameen Par
Dil Se Ek Duje ki Liye (sentimental…my fuss movie as a tot) Company (great acting) Halla Bol (the movie was ok because not enough care was taken to enhance a great storyline but the message was powerful.) |

It appeal to me since the first time I saw it. It was interesting the way the parents despise each other and use that against the lovers and also the caste/language barrier. I find Kamal Hassan very lovable and endearing. The songs helped big time too. |

my take would be that at least every decade had at least 5 top movies that are memorable...
some of the golden oldies were great; as Jis desh mein Ganga behti hai, Nagin, Ganga Jumna-film in Bihar w/Bhojpuri, Rani Roopmati, Bhabhi, Kohinoor,Aan,Aah,Barsaat,,,, but my fave of all times: Mother India - dharti songs Sanyasi-one special song Pakeeza-all songs Kabhi Kabhi, title song Ek duje ke liya-tere mere beech mein too many movies wid too much heart songs.. |
