...was terrific last night. Anyone saw him?

I don't know the background of the playback singers, but I'm told that he is an artist in the purist sense, that he's humble and is one of the few who is stage-savvy enough and has stage presence that he can do a concert solo, while, say Kunal ganjawala, Kumar Sanu, Shaan, etc, would need backup performers.

What say?

"As long as I deliver hits and do my job with all my heart, I'll get appreciation."
His dream? "To be a legend like Rafi-saab!". That is quite a dream!

I would rate Sonu today as the numero uno:

He started wukin de stage at 3 yrs old. His father sang a couple of oldie gems last night.

and, yes indeed...one of his professed goals in life is to achieve Rafi Saab's level. I wished he had sang "Yeh Bekhudi" from Tumko Na Bhool Paayenge (2001). Know where I can download this song?

Sonu is wonderful. His voice is very close to Rafi's.
