I'm 31 and would like to start tracing the roots of my mother's side of the family...but i don't know where to start. dunno

speak with your older family members first to collect info...check on old grandparents birth certificates....DOB, POB..as this is the most important aspect to start reserching...check thru the genealogy forum on past post you will find some info to help you understand the basics of what you need to find...
